The staff is very nice. Close to a store.

The staff is nice, good location, and good service, i.e., rooms are tidied daily. the bathroom is tiny. the rest of the room is OK.

Nothing at all.

Noisy surroundings from outside. Difficult to walk around beds, due to lack of space. No space for opening bags. Stools would be better than a huge chair. No space to sit and hold a hot drink. Retractable would help Difficult to climb to reach toilet when you have bad legs, difficult. When . to come down from the toilet-risk of falling. No bars to hold on to for support. When using the sink, the legs and clothing rub against the toilet. The shower curtains were dirty. The top part of the bed sticks out and in the dark, my sister knocked her head against it causing her to have a swollen head.. The room has poor lighting,, switches are not easy to access T he best light was in the bathroom.

Nice clean room with everything you need for a great price

Very gross. Dirty handprints, hair, door didn’t lock, dead bugs smeared on the walls. Very disgusting and I felt very nervous staying there.

✅I have enjoyed the double bed and shower with toilet in the room. ✅There was a little desk and TV as well. ✅My room was cleaned daily and towels were changed. ✅The room was big enough for 1 person. ✅I haven't tried breakfast but I like the option. ✅There was a vending machine for little snacks.✅ 24 hours reception was also a plus.✅ There was a shower liquid in the shower which was nice. ✅I have stayed 5 days and for the money I have paid it was what I have expected. ✅Free parking for customers was also a plus.

❌The toilet was a bit dirty. ❌There wasn't enough lightning in the room because one of the lamps were broken. ❌It was way too far away from the city centre. So if you're going sightseeing I don't recommend staying here. ❌Train stop to city centre is 20 mins by walk. ❌The location isn't ideal it was always loud and busy with cars and people. Hard to sleep. ❌I felt like there is not enough privacy for a girl. I kept my curtain closed because people were always walking behind my window. Very uncomfortable. ⚠️⚠️ If you're staying with CHILDREN please be CAREFUL in the SHOWER. The temperature in the shower was jumping from cold to boiling hot. Very dangerous.

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was basic but ok and nice to have before going out for the day. Cleaning staff were very good and friendly.

Size of the room was tiny which made moving around difficult. I have mobility issues but couldn't have a disabled room as it only had a double bed and we needed separate beds. The shower and loo were really small and the door was very difficult to open and very noisy to close.

Disappointed that our initial booking at a different hotel group was changed, out of our control. This was not an equivalent despite being offered as such

I stayed at the Premiere Classe Versailles - Saint-Cyr-L'École for 4 days. The hotel met my expectations in terms of location and services provided, here I must highlight the kindness and friendliness of the receptionist Celia, who was always very attentive and friendly, answering my questions. I give here 5 stars for such excellent service.

Breakfast should include other products such as ham and cheeses.

Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful.

The room was quite basic but we knew this when we booked it.

It was a fair price for the room we had. And as we were there during the Olympics, we expecting things to be more expensive than usual.It was the perfect location for us attending the equestrian events.

The rooms were a bit smaller and more basic than we had expected. The photos were perhaps a bit misleading. If we were spending more time in the rooms it might have been a problem, but we were literally out all day, only sleeping there so it was fine.The local restaurants were a bit hit and miss. Found some great ones but we expected there to be a bit more choice in the area. It seemed to be mainly kebab shops.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for Versailles. Air conditioning appreciated.

Quality of room. Very poor no privacy in bathroom. At the start on air conditioning and half the room had no power. Bed very hard and the pillows were very small. Breakfast was poor.

How cheap it was

Smelt very badly in there, sheets and pillows very stinky aswell, tiny bathroom just not very nice there. Is cheap but wouldnt return

Small shower, and the floor of the entire cabin gets wet as the curtain doesn't really work

Room 18 lock broken all screws loose you almost would get with the handle in your hand when closing from inside, I have doubts that it truly locks.Not acceptable to have a door in such condition especially when facing directly to the exterior.Towels not replaced.Lighting is very poor in the room, main light is almost inexistent
