The heater emitted fumes that made my throat itch and I was moved to a room with a dirty bathroom.

The whole experience

Great for stay close drive from the Versailles Palace. Good underground parking and friendly staff. Great price, good value for money.

A little noisy, but fine if you close the roller blinds. Shower is in a raised bath so not suitable for elderly.

Location

The apartment didn't have enough sheets and duvets. In a cold weather without enough bedding for the number of people who made the reservation is not acceptable (we were 4 and only had enough for 2). In terms of cleanliness, the present sofa was unclean. The cushions without pillowcases and with too worn and dirty use. In general, I was not expecting to be an apartment with everything impeccable but at least with the minimum necessary conditions.

The place is calm.The neighbourhood seems to be a little bit isolated which convenient for people who like a quiet place to think.

The location was far from the public transportation !No internal shop or bar where you could buy something late at night.

Good location for my need. Bus stop very close by.

The room is super spacious and the receptionist was very welcoming.

Parking was expensive but one can find few spots on the streets nearby.

Staff, they were very friendly, helpful, patient with the language barrier and also extremely competent at communicating in English with us.

Dirty floors and the sofa bed was dirty/sticky. The bedding provided for the sofa bed.. non fitted sheets meaning during the night we were touching the dirty sofa. Pillows provided had no cases and pillows themselves were dirty/stained. Having said this, as soon as we asked for pillow cases the staff immediately provided completely new pillows including cases.

The room smelled like someone has smoked in the kitchen. The shower head was broken and the grout mouldy.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and your breakfast special was good.

We were given a room with a carpet that was dirty, had burn spots, loud noise from the vent and appliances and the smell in the room was unbearable. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful. We explained that we wanted a room without a carpet, as shown in the picture gallery on Booking. Unfortunately, there was no such room available and we were shown another room with same issues with the carpet but the smell and the appliance noise was minimal. The room was on the ground level and you could only open the window wide and NOT tip it. This is absolutely unacceptable due to security reasons. On such a hot evening, over 30°, you can not sleep with closed windows but you can not sleep on a ground floor with with totally open windows either! A solution needs to be applied to this problem!We were very perplexed that the pictures shown in Booking and the reality differed SO much. From the 3 rooms I saw, everyone had issues with the carpet. It would be advantages that the Hotel remove the carpets and put in a different floor. Sadly our two nights in Versailles at the hotel were not good. Your personnel is very helpful and competent, that was a soothing experience in our great disappointment.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was functional and comfortable. We were in Versailles for the Olympics and the apartment was a good location for us and very inexpensive.

Our room obviously had previously had air conditioning but this was not working. The booking information does not state that the rooms are air conditioned and for the amount which we paid this was entirely reasonable but we were staying during a heat wave and our room was unbearable warm which was a real shame as it really detracted from our overall experience.

Fairly quiet - parking was reasonably priced at $8 per night

Lack of amenities - no air conditioning, only fan but not working properly either. Room not cleaned daily. Shower head is stuck on with a zip tie and soap holder broken. Utensils - only one fork available - so general impression is lack of care and thought - not super cheap either considering you have to pay an extra €30 surcharge when checking in.

The lady who checked us in was friendly

Very tired facilities. Bathroom not clean. Staff unable to give 2 working keys. We had to go back about 4 times to get them. Worse, they added 20€ to the final bill and helped themselves to undue fees. They said it was a mistake and they would refund but after 8 days they still have not.

Hard to find. We drove around for an hour trying to find them. There is NO sign on the building at all. Not what you're expecting when you're looking for rental apartments. Number 68 is on the fence in small numbers but they are very hard to see at night. Large illuminated numbers would be a bare minimum to help guests find the place. The phone number we had was a switchboard that was only manned during buisiness hours. A VERY frustrating end to a VERY frustrating day with motorway closures due to farmers striking for a better deal.

Bed Sheet had dirst marks and it was very obvious that it was a used one. Pillow cover had hair and there were 4 of us and they only gave 3 towels . Even on making request it was not given.

Very rude receptionist at check in. Very uncomfortable bed.

The location is pretty good. It is only 5km to the Palace of Versailles and from some rooms you can even see the beam of light from the Eiffel Tower from far away. Even though it is on a highway, you hardly hear any traffic noise.

I was a honestly shocked when I entered the room. There were dark stains all over the carpet, the bed full of hair, used razors in the shower, no proper pillowcases, broken furniture, a dirty bathroom and a very noisy ventilation system. Unfortunately, I have rarely experienced something so unhygienic.

Outside smokers' smoke drifted into my room which was right above entry/reception area.

Good facilities for a four night stay near Versilles. Secure parking and 15 minute walk to Train station for Paris. Comfortable rooms. Local shops within a few minutes walk. Met expectations, though less choice of local restaurants than expected.
