The staff were exceptionally helpful. They allowed us to leave the van there after checkout and plug a fridge in. The family room was also 2 X adjoining rooms. We booked that morning and the whole experience was a massive relief!

If you need parking space for your car is perfect, but is not very well located if you need to visit Paris. Train station is 22 mins walking distance from the hotel.

Flat pillows, only one on the bed per person. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.

Location was fab so easy to get into Paris by train.Interconnecting rooms for family was perfect.Breakfast simple but good.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is really good with different things to eat. We had a family room for 3 and it was very comfortable. There are some restaurants close by which is very convenient.

Cardio the receptionist is an amazing helpful cheerful person who supports you in whatever you need. Also the chef Horiya and her friend are very friendly.

The receptionist morning girl, try to neglect her because she is unprofessional and racism who treats customers badly.

Breakfast was so disorganised, if it’s full occupancy replenishment should happen throughout the hours that breakfast is open however we frequently found empty bowls and plates which never got refilled

The staff is very friendly, the rooms super clean,' there is parking available very confortable and inside the premises. The breakfast was excellent. Definetely I will comeBack to this hotel.

The area is not the nicest, but we stayed there for a stop over after a Day in Paris. For this purpose all good

Very good Value for Money. Stayed here with a friend for 2 nights whilst visiting the Palace of Versailles. I was very happy with my stay. Plenty of free, Safe & Secure parking available, very clean, friendly staff, adequate size (for 2 people) room, good shower and reasonable variety for the continental breakfast. There were many restaurants nearby which was a Big Bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.

The AC in our room wasn't working adequately and were given a couple of fans when we made the staff aware.

The room was lovely, double bed and sofa bed, it was clean and enough for 2 adults and child.

The room was heated but not adjustable, we needed to bath my child but could not because I could not adjust the room temperature.

Modern room. Good provided parking. Facilities in room were good.

No dinner service at weekend. Was a walk to nearest bus/ train for Versailles on a Sunday.

Staff were excellent; always very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good and there was always a good selection with staff always on hand to help and refilling empty choices.

Room was a little small and the biggest downside was the smell from the pipes in the bathroom which wasn't constant but we were aware of it on numerous occasions. We were only in the room early morning and late evening as out all day at the Olympic events so it didn't spoil our week at all.

Ample parking place and good location. Nicely decorated rooms.

You may consider adding some tomato/cucumber/salad and eggless bread rolls for vegans
