Aerotel Versailles Saint Cyr - L'étape du Silence

Convenient location if you have a carGood breakfast Free parking on the property in big bonus

Everything was ok

Location and breakfast

The room we booked was not available when we checked in. Evening staff was not helpful. Advertised as all rooms in ground floor. That is not the case. Had to bring our luggage up a flight of stairs.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. From the outside It did not look like much but the room was nice, large and comfortable. The bathroom modern and clean.

Parking and location: very quiet and 10min away from Versailles with the bus.. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff/owners.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location was good for our visit to Versailles Palace. Two sinks in bathroom was a bonus.

Breakfast was shocking! Cold eggs and no meat in serving trays. Tiny area which only one person could access at a time. No crossaints as one would expect in a hotel in France and other bread was stale. It was so bad we went elsewhere the morning we checked out! Hotel interior very dated.

It was as described. Clean. Not far from train station and restaurants.

N-a

Cleanliness, great location

No parking available

The hotel was perfectly placed to visit Versailles, which was the purpose of our stay. We had our own bicycles, which were safely stored at night, and we used these to arrive at Versailles. The property was quiet but near a couple of restaurants. The owners were helpful.

The breakfast could have been better, for example, they had run out of eggs and hadn’t got any by the next day!

Staff friendliness, nice decoration, breakfast quality, comfy bed, free parking

Old fashioned, cold temperature in room, would require some modernization and renovation in the rooms...

Good location, close to train station. Very good breakfast, there's something for everyone.

Breakfast was delicious! Great range of foods and plenty.

Being aware that there was only breakfast available for meals. I found options for other local meals quite limited.

The hotel was very comfortable with a buffet breakfast. Good sized basic room, comfortable bed and pillows. Parking. Very clean

Only negative was there was no hot water at all during our stay. We told reception and she just shrugged her shoulders and said maybe later. No compensation. Moved to a Paris hotel and checked they had plenty of hot water.

Friendly staff and very cosy place.

The small fridge was not cleaned properly and the smell was very bad.

Great rooms, good showers nice location near to centre

It was a nice cute hotel.

It is outdated but very charming hotel and personnel/ow owner!!The beds are terrible. The matras has springs in them and I think my car has softer springs. The bed makes noises with every tiny movements. The hotel itself is noisy with thin walls but acceptable because it is an old building In the reviews they mention that the breakfast is good but it seriously is very overpriced. Croissant and coffee, a good French bread and the rest can be topped with imagination.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good, especially the shower.

The free parking is VERY squeezy, made harder by guests not parking straight, and by a tree in the very small carpark. It was infuriating that my empty water bottles were thrown out by housekeeping. I do not expect that items on my bedside table, and not in the rubbish, would be disposed of.

Set back from the road with good off-road parking. Very close to Versailles. Clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, nice owner, very clean

Good price for the room. Paris and Versailles close by.

The parking was sometimes full
