- Was closer to Disneyland which is why I chose this hotel . The facilities were as expected and staff were helpful. Nice and quiet and clean. Provided drinking water, that was great.
- Staff were lovely. Beds uncomfortable. Rooms didnt feel particularly secure. The mould in the bathroom was unbearable and worrying. The smell of it alone was bad enough to warrant not using the shower. I travelled with my young son (we were going to Disney), hes asthmatic and theres no way I wouldve risked him spending any longer than 5 mins in the bathroom.
- The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of them helped us with the public transport app and even came after us to the bus stop to help further. The buffet breakfast was great. Not large selection of food but what they offer is really great and worth the money.
Cons -
- No tea or coffee in the room,
- The room soundproofing is not ideal. You can hear the talk in the next room and if someone takes the shower in the room above.
