First of all the personal is really kind and client orientated. They make everything to feel like really personal. Best regards to miss Raluca! The location is top, really close by Disnayland Park. A lot of things to do in the hotel, with the heating swiming pool, a game room, bowling, billiard and a stunning resraurant with pizza made in oven with wood fire. TOP!

Location, quick check in/out

No slippers and towels in the rooms for swimming pool. I asked for a robe and was told not included in our bookings. No towels in the pool too, only small size hand towels. Shampoo/body wash canister was empty in our room. The receptionist told me someone will sort right away- never showed up.

The size of the room, parking, the location and facilities

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive or taxi ride from Disneyland, Disney Village, Val d'Europe mall, and Val d'Europe Village. You can easily reach the nearest supermarket by crossing the street. Additionally, it takes about 30 minutes to get to central Paris.

Please note that the last call for room cleaning is at 4:30 PM. It’s advisable to contact the reception for any additional requests.

We had requested a baby crib during our online booking, and it was confirmed in advance. While the bed was large enough and we managed without it, I would have expected the crib to be in the room as agreed. Not a major issue but still.

Very clean and nice

Breakfast price was horrendous- service people kept trying to enter room even though I had do not disturb sign up- the door didn’t lock to keep people out. Like the key worked but nothing stop people with a key no inside security lock

I like the attractions they had.

The bath tub had mold in it and the drain with in the bath tub was producing a bad smell.

All the facilities was great, the team was wonderful and very helping. the all hotel was very good looking. the swimming pool was good. the breakfast was perfect. 15 min driving in car from Disneyland.

The breakfast in the 3rd day should be prepare to us in box due to we living early. 5 family members with 3 kids and at the final they forget to prepare the breakfast box. they apologizes and say they will send us refund.

The room was more spacious than expected, with a kitchenette. The pool temperature was really pleasant. The Highlight for us was the activities available on site, Spa, Bowling, Bar, kids attraction.We will definitely go back soon!

The only thing i liked about the stay was that it was a quiet place unlike so many other hotels

I booked a junior suit yet it didnt feel like anything special, the room itself was barren/bleak and very empty not even a complementary water bottle or juices or refreshments and whatnot in the fridge, and wifi was very very poor and inconsistent in the room. i ordered an ironing set from room service it took them 40 mins to deliver, i had to take my luggage from the car to my room on my own with no staff to help, over all bad value for an expensive hotel no "special" treatment or experience at all. Wouldnt come back to it again sadly.

The room was advertised as a 4to5 start but it was more a 3 start hotel

Staff was very friendly, location is great for visiting Disneyland if you drive.

Cleaning quality was not good enough, cleaning staff’s hairs were left everywhere

Metro station and Disney land is faroff around 10 Kms not as close as appear in description

Breakfast was excellent.Pool and sauna are nice and well kept.Origano restaurant Wes very good and there are also some other nearby restaurants like The Imprimerie.

Free Shuttle to Bussy Sanit George station was running only from 9am to 11am.Room was ok. The hotel is half old and half new: we were located in the old part that is cheaper. Clean but obviously older looking with carpet in rooms and corridors. Reception, common areas and other rooms were new with better rooms but pricier.

AC was set to heating only. Both the nights we did not have comfortable sleep as the room was very hot.

Settee bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and like the pictures. It was well soundproofed, even with the nightclub/bowling right next, we slept well.The bed is confortable and the room was quite spacious.The breakfast is nice with lots of choices and often refilled.

Would have appreciated water bottles in the room.

The hotel was at a very good location. Clean and nice hotel with very good breakfast.

The room was too hot. No option you change the Air Con setting ad it was heating the entire hotel. Had a duplex room, so opening the windows only cooled the bottom floor.

Hotel and convenience, close to a town. Free shuttle to rail station. . Breakfast superb

Italian restaurant inside hotel the food wad awful and expensive. . Lucky there is a macdonalds just 10 mins walk away
