Our sink was broken and wasn’t draining properly. It was fixed immediately.

Good rooms, well kept.

Breakfast was basic and could be improved upon, the continental style food was ok but the hot food was not brilliant, the scrabbled eggs were hit and miss and the bacon was not good and those were the only two options.

The location was very convenient, and there were dining options available as well as supermarkets nearby. In France it's not common to find supermarkets which are open on Sundays, so we were pleasantly surprised that the supermarket nearby operates on Sundays.

Clean, quiet, air-conditioning worked. supermarket and good cafe nearby. A couple of reasonable restaurants in the square. good access to nearby Velodrome

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the room not being cleaned… the bin was left overflowing onto the floor.Also:We had been driving around the area for 4 days with a friend and also paid €10 from the Theatre in St Quentin en Yvelines to the hotel the previous day.Reception called us a taxi to go to the station in st Quentin en Yvelines, the driver drove around running up the meter. We told him we were unhappy with the route he was taking and he refused to speak to us. When he stopped he stood in front of the boot stopping us getting our bags. He charged us over €40…. A very bad man.. please do not recommend that man again… he brings shame to France..

Unfriendly staff

The staff were not very friendly I was charged more than I should have been- when I questioned the staff I was told taxes were added despite my booking saying taxes had been added

Brand new, clean, quiet (great triple glazing) easy access/check-in. Shops etc very nearby.

Beds were small (narrow).

The hotel was ok. Clean good size room. A/C bonus. Very helpful staff. Would book again if needed.

I dependent on free wifi. It didn't work for when I arrived and till I left.I DM'ed the property and so did booking.com - but the property ignored all the sudden.Face to face they promised it will be fixed on the morning but it didn't. They refused to compensate me. Pretty disrespectfull.

Great stay for a night and good proximity to location of competition we were going to. The staff were friendly and the beds were good to sleep on.

The food was not wonderful

The location was good if you're looking for an inexpensive stay near Versailles Palace. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean which I appreciated.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There aren't any good food options nearby and the rooms are small, but this is out of their control.

Clean, comfy hotel in a great location. Great value for money. Lovely bakery just down the road

Inexpensive hotel 30 min by car from Orly airport and 15 min from Versailles Palace.

Rooms are new but modest, no kettle or any amenities in the room.

Breakfast was poor at 9o’ clock it was already late for the eggs and bread. I assume that you have to improve your process to fill the food.

The hotel charged an additional 96 euros from my card, without explanation. (This is not a deposit for the room, as its amount must be 80).The hotel manager assured me that there had been a mistake and that my money would be refunded within the day. A month has passed - no money. Complete lack of desire on the part of management to solve the problem.As a result - hotel stopped responding to messages. Look for another place if you don't want to end up in the same situation as me.

Very clean and spacious enough for two people

Easy stop on our journey. There's a nice Italian restaurant a couple of minutes down the road.Everything was comfortable.Easy check-in and out.

It says free parking but it's only free if you show up early enough to get a space in the limited outside parking. You then have to walk around the building to use the front door if you are parked in the free spaces
