Aparthotel Adagio Val d'Europe near Disneyland Paris

Perfect location. I was able to pay for parking and take their shuttle to Disney. The fact I was able to take my dogs was also good.

I paid for breakfast, we arrived to the restaurant an hour before closing and the selection was poor. Next day I arrived two hours before closing and the selection for food was real good. They should close service early or keep full stock unt xlosing.

The pool was pleasant, although had no shower and the lights in the changing room were not working so we had to use my phone torch to get changed.

The room was dated. It did not look like the photos on the website. The staff either do not pick up the phone or do and then ask you to hold (often for more than 10 minutes). There were no details about the shuttlebus to and from Disney.

Close to the shopping mall

Staff was snarky and impatient. The room was tiny and FILTHY DIRTY. The carpet was worn, water stained and dirty. My socks looked like I¿d been walking outside. Parking was outrageously expensive and they scare you into buying it.

It is conveniently located to Disney and has shuttle. Also close to shopping center

If you are looking for clean and quiet place this is not it. It didn't look clean to the point I checked for any bed bugs before settling in. No bigs thank goodness. You can hear everyone in the hallway door opening/closing, kids crying in other rooms.

The location was perfect for us.

Warm, comfortable rooms. Great location to get to Disney and the free shuttle is an added bonus. Was also very easy to get to Paris using the nearby RER.

The room was clean and well stocked. It was easy to grab additional coffee, etc. from the reception desk downstairs. The breakfast was good, but a little pricey (19 euros per adult). Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay there again.

I found the free shuttle / navette schedule convoluted and unpredictable. I was able to use it once, but often found myself walking. It is not a far walk (maybe 20-30 min), but not great after a long day, especially for little kids.

Apartment was renovated from the last time I went 3 years ago. Location is perfect near La Vallee and Disney with free shuttle. Staff was friendly and we were able to store our luggage after check out.

Apartment was smaller than before and had no storage even side tables. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves and theres a bad smell on the hallways.

Great location, easy walk to DLP. Mall right next to it is fabulous

Location is outstanding—quiet, yet located next to a major mall, and convenient to Disneyland Paris and transit to Paris. Our apartment was perfect for a family of five, with an upstairs the parents could have to themselves and space for a teen to be by themself.

The decor was a little worn in our room and needed refurbishing.

Excellent location. Restraints, bars, shopping on the doorstep. Excellent local Patisserie and option to swim was great for the kids. Great for getting to Disney in 6 min driveHotel staff so friendly and helpful Would recommend

Very costly in return to the facilities provided Carpets in the room were very very dirty. Poorly ventilated. Low quality furniture. Stairs to the upper floor were very noisy. Staff was not friendly. They took 45 minutes just to verify our booking which is pathetic. My family member was very tired and she wanted to rest but the reception took indefinite time.Hotel management do not respond to your requests. I asked multiple times about the breakfast option but no reply. They gave us our room to the other corner which took too much time to go from the entrance.Balconies were very dirty. Not suitable for family of 4 adults and 2 children.

Very close to shopping centre, sealife and hotel shuttle bus to and from Disneyland

Stayed 3 days and no cleaning service unless we paid for it. It’s only part of the price if the stay is 8 days. Mini market on site very limited.

Cosy but there was room for 2 adults and 3 children. A short walk to Val d'Europe and the RER station beyond. 20 minutes from Disney which is very walkable but there's a free shuttle.

Breakfast was a shambles, we asked for a refund and went to Starbucks instead.

Brilliant location. I knew there was a Shopping centre close but I didn't realise how close it was. Lovely hotel would definitely use again if I was to come back to Paris

One of the mornings the hotel staff members couldn't give us any information of any car rentals near by and was quite unhelpful but apart from that all good.

Very good location for shopping and Sealife park.Disney near by shuttle bus or local bus. Many places to eat. Very comfortable bed it's was like sleep,at home. Good value for room and money.

Didn't find a kettle but uncertain if they have them in France but really not a big issue. I would definitely stay here again.A small convenience store close by would have been perfect but otherwise this is a fine establishment.

The location was good and there’s shuttle bus that can take you to the Disney park. Very near to the La Valle and Val d’Europe so it’s easy to get some food adn shopping.. the neighborhood itself were clean and neat.. room was quite small to occupy 2 adults and 3 teens, but it was pretty well equipped.
