I liked that it was clean and had a shuttle to Disneyland. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

It was expensive, check-in was relatively late, and though it advertised a hotel shuttle to the airport there was none. Staff were also friendly, but not always easily accessible.

I we liked everything about this hotel. Its proximity to Disney land and Paris combined with the free shuttle on time, all the time, the great staff and the entire room and its reminisce of the bath and whole area. It¿s a great place to stay.

No, everything was great

Standard hotel room and bathroom with very close proximity to Disneyland. We used the free shuttle service to and from Disneyland area on our travels, which was a nice convenience. The hotel is nicely decorated and the breakfast was great each morning as an add on option. We liked the location next to the mall area and there were several restaurants near the hotel. We were able to navigate to and from the area via train and then on foot all around the local area.

The check-in process was efficient, and the nice lady was helpful and spoke English. The entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas, it felt warm and inviting. Our room was near the elevator we had an amazing view where at night we got a lovely view of the fireworks at Disneyland. Our room was clean well kept. The beds were crisp and comfortable. The Bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure. I loved that it was very environmentally conscious, whereby the shower let you know how much water you were using. The buffet breakfast was next level the food was fresh and delicious. My family and I enjoyed it all the days we stayed. The free shuttle to Disneyland was a welcomed bonus.

Nothing I love everything. This stay was better than i thought it was going to be. When you plan your disney trip and you research. There is much encouragement to stay closer to the park and stay at Disney Hotels to save time on travel. You really don't need to, it was 8mins to the park with our Free shuttle.

They checked us in early so we didnt need to store our bags and freshen up before trip to disney. Close to trains to disney and paris

Little hot in the room had to open the window. Also did not see a plug in in the bathroom for curling iron.

The location, the building the room, the bathroom, the breakfast almost everything is perfect. I really love to be there.

Room was very small, difficult to open 2 suitcases, no place to put it and no cabinets

The shuttle service stops running from 1230-1730 which is highly inconvenient.

Served our purpose - close to Disney and also shuttle service is very convenient. Shopping mall across the street was a bonus. 2 min to RER. Breakfast was enough. Clean.

None, however, if you are on lower levels, street side rooms could be noisy in the morning.

Comfortable near community mall , starbuck coffee just infrontof the hotel.

Excellent Location, very close to metro station and shopping mall. Shuttle to Disney Park was a big plus.

Cleanliness was not optimal, Bathroom was not clean, Plates and spoons at breakfast were not clean as well (already reported it to the manager on site). This should be something very basic for a 4 stars hotel in France.

The hotel was small but very nice and clean. Shuttle bus to Disneyland is included

We were looking for something close to Disneyland Paris and Paris itself and l´Elysee Val d´Europe filled this position perfectly. A very clean room and bathroom, super friendly staff that was able to answer all our questions. The hotels very convenient shuttle service , which is across the street, goes about every 15 mins directly to Disneyland and the train station,which is around the corner of the hotel has easy access to to the train into Paris ( about 45 mins) . We enjoyed our stay at this hotel , especially the breakfast, and would stay at the l´ Élysée anytime again.

Nothing we did not like. It worked for us very well.
