Lots of space. Windows were great. Close to Disneyland.

Could not figure out the air conditioning. The hallways were in disrepair.

I like the swimming pool there

I didn't like the staff, not welcoming to the guests/tourists, had no smiles, and provided no good serviceNo cleaning service, which is bad because I stayed there for 5 nights.No apology from the staff when I fell on the floor, as the floor was wet while the staff were mopping the lobby

The room was functional enough, but the staff were amazingly attentive and professional yet fun.

Toilet in one room, and then having to got to the kitchen or other bathroom (sink and shower) to wash my hands. I understand it cannot be changed.

Convenient, close to Disney.

The hall light was flickering, and the room door safety latch was missing.

The location is great. Shuttle to the Parks is a nice touch too. A very good price for that close to the park. A great staff who are very helpful.

Little touches were not attended too. Torn towels. Light sockets coming out the wall. Noise between rooms. These small things were not showstoppers to our stay.

Bad experience

No water bottle in the room, and it’s chargeable. No water bottles to buy in the facility. Room heater doesn’t heat well. Dirty bathroom first day of arrival. Reception never answer the calls. Reception is very very far from room. No hotel service or cleaning service available at property. I paid big money for cleaning. Water heater heats the water only small quantity of water once you used up for banyo, you shower with cold water. Took long time to heat up the water. The bed was twin beds and always separating at night while sleep, no king bed was provided. People can hear us while having talk and they knock the wall when the sound gets little loud at our bedroom. Main reception gate doors were terrible opening half way. Carpet, door and air vent were either broken or dirty. Overall bad experience.

The property had a FREE shuttle to Paris Disney that was a great convenience for our family of four. In addition, the room was spacious and clean. The other major perks is that at Disneyland Paris, the RER A train runs to Paris which is an added convenience which we used the free shuttle to transport our luggage with us for free.

Room 256 or Room 257 not sure which one we stayed at but having a shower that is open without curtains caused the floor to get wet. Also, the tub drain needs to be unclogged but overall our experience was great due to its proximity and Disneyland and the free shuttle.

Large comfy 2 bedroom apartment - with small kitchenette including dishwasher and nespresso machine

Not enough towels or toilet role for 5 people, had to ask for more and collect from reception. No problem when we asked. Had to pay for breakfast on morning we departed even though we were leaving before it opened and they would not refund. Said it should be booking.com as their package. To their credit though they packed pastries for us to go!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and polite, and the location is just absolutely wonderful - very close to both Disney Parks and the shopping mall.

The only downsides were that rooms are slightly smaller than they are shown on pictures and that they clean the room and bring new towels rarely.

First. No one answer us in the reception.Second . The room was bad smell same as we set in the toilet … They changed us to another room but the billows was old and the sheets was derty.. very bad experience ..

Pool, location, air conditioner, room was well equipped, room service and front desk were very helpful.

Free shuttle to Disney land

No room service and daily cleaning, breakfast has limited options, swimming pool was dirty, no gym equipment.

The room size was great and the pool on sight was great for the kids and the heat.

Pool hours could be longer (I.e. earlier in the morning or/ and later at night). Better access to a bathroom linked to the pool. No sink to wash your hands where the toilet is (ie had to use the kitchen sink or go to the shower room.

Great location, clean and big rooms, friendly staff, free bus to disneyland
