Great bathroom. Love parking on-site. The bar and drink selection were quite fun.

The quality of the breakfast was lacking. The selection was great and the bread was fresh but the eggs tasted like they came out of a box. The bacon was limp and so were rhe sausages. The coffee was gross but not horrible.

No water on room / no slippers / no one help you to take luggage / no free bus to Disney like others hotel on the area

Property was nice and clean

After 10pm the main gate closes and we could not get into the property they want you to call a number but is inconvenient for people with roaming had to go to the property next door and ask for the door PIN since the AKENA staff were no able to provide one..

Lack of kettle, no good for family with baby. Spider in the room.

The hotel is a very modern place to arrive. No too "chique" but very casual. Great for a quick rest if you are staying near Paris.

It was less amusing to arrive at a hotel where there were a lot of youth hanging around in the middle of the night. The bar was a bit overwhelmed with empty glasses and bottles everywhere.

Very close to Disneyland. Big rooms and good parking!

Cold shower and empty handsoap.

I did like the room size and comfort of the room, bed, and the bathroom.

I did not like the hours of the restaurant next door, the prices of the bar in the hotel, nor the location of the hotel it is the furthest hotel that has some type of connection with Disney and the bus stop was about two blocks away which is a lot when walking in the rain and dragging luggage.

i did like how clean the property is,

the front dest guy was too rude to us, we have checked in late, and the front desk guy said" no one told me that that u guys are comminh this late " i mean why would i be pre telling you that, i have already paid for it online,the AC was too hot it wasnt working

Location to go to Disney land is really great, just a short bus ride to the entrance of the park

Breakfast is definitely not the best

- Very nice spacious, modern, and clean room. Employees are nice and helpful. - The hotel is 10 min away from Disney Paris and taking an Uber is like ~€10-13 each way. - price - value is very good, I’d 100% come back and highly recommend this hotel.

- We could hear a phone vibrating in the room next to us, morning another guest’s alarm went off for 20 minutes and woke us up at 7 am. The soundproofing could be improved.- breakfast is okish - would expect more hot dishes for 18 euros (only egg and bacon) but better than nothing, since there aren’t alternatives close by. - AC doesn’t cool down as much as we’d like- The WiFi worked fine on my phone, but my MacBook couldn’t load the login page until I did some tech troubleshooting. This is something most guests wouldn’t know how to fix, so it may be worth updating the system to make laptop connections easier.

Location was great after a long day at Disney Parcs! Able to use Bolt after parks closed for a reasonably priced ride. The reception area had the BEST water on tap! Room was spacious and perfect for 2a/1teen/1c to sleep! Shower was good and had plenty of room. We used this hotel just to sleep after being in the parks all day. We skipped the breakfast so we could sleep in and then caught another Bolt back to Disney Village. After shopping we took the train back into the city where we were staying. We only brought 2 backpacks with a change of clothes - traveled light - this was perfect!

Great base for Disneyland, we took Ubers to the park which were quick, easy and about €12. The family room was fantastic value and the layout was good as bunk beds were behind a dividing wall so our son had his own space. Big TV which we could cast to was really good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door is fab too and you get a 10% discount.

Breakfast wasn't included and cost a lot but we didn't have many options, nothing in walking distance. The breakfast food was very sugary, too much cake, pancake and sugary cereal and not enough fresh food. The eggs were too buttery and not very nice.

Loved the room. Big family room for two teenagers and two adults. Clean and with a restaurant next door. Conveniently close to Disneyland.

My issue was with the shower that kept flooding.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the reception staff were very helpful. The location is excellent, close to Disneyland and also near the outlet.

The room very small, and with no safety box or fridge inside and 15 min drive to disneyland park and the outlet “i thought is closer”.We faced an issue The hotel doors close at 11 pm which is annoying (since we are going to see the night fireworks show at disney park diffenatly we will arrive later than 11 pm) and they placed a number we should call to let them open the door and car garage but the number was wrong my husband had to jump in the wall so he can reach the concierge and when we told them about the number they said its old und not updated!

Close to Disney. Room was tidy and staff were helpful. Hotel breakfast was very good.

It was expensive to take the shuttle to Disney -€20 each way. You really couldn't go and come back reasonably. You needed to Uber everywhere as there were only.the hotel restaurant and one across the road. Access was a.challenge as the foot path from the bus to the building only went around the back.

It was clean and there were enough parking spaces.

We paid €30 for an early check-in, becasue we arrived at 13:30. Check-in on the website says it begins at 14:00. We were told that check-in starts at 15:00, so we thought we paid for 1,5 hours earlier check-in instead of half an hour. Parking is €10, although there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The matrass is too hard for my taste and there is no water kettle or coffee maker in the room and the airconditioning did not cool the room well.
