    Pros +

    • The staff was really nice. The location is perfect. The check in and check out were super easy. Restaurant open quite late which was good too!
    • The room was very small, though the bed sheets were clean and tidy. The bathroom was extremely cramped—barely enough space to stand comfortably. The TV was not functioning properly, and there were no complimentary amenities such as shampoo, toothpaste, or even bottled water provided.
    • Comfortable beds, crisp sheets, close proximity to Disneyland

    Cons -

    • The room was really hot even though the heating was off, window was open and it was the middle of January. The bathroom was also super small and the door didn't really shut.

That the staff are patient and kind

The noise at early morning even at 2am, the bathroom is small but it was understandable

Quite close to Disneyland (you still need to take a bus+metro)Nice, clean neighbourhoodGood chill shared area in the lobbyCheap breakfast, but..

Insanely small bathroom! Hotel staff gave us paper cups for the wine to the room, refusing regular wine glasses. The breakfast was OK, however with very limited vegetarian options. Poor quality. No hairdryer in the roomReally thin walls, you could hear everything.

Space full apartment 331 (2 bedrooms)

Abscence of Climatisation (although 2 fans were made available) since the weather was very hot.

Great location for bus lines in order to visit Disneyland Paris. Everything you need, in a minimized setting.

Room got extremely hot during the day and was difficult to cool even with the fan provided.

    10AislingPosted on: 6-8-2025

I had the most lovely stay. The place was very clean and they had all the essentials that you’d need from a hotel. The bus links were very convenient and the option for late check out was lovely. I’d definitely stay again for my next trip I had the best time!

    Nothing!

    6AnnaPosted on: 6-2-2025

I didn't like that I had to pay two times the hotel. Although the payment was already done through booking, I had to pay again the room. The stuff said that the money taken was a sort of pre-approval payment. None of this was stated somewhere in the booking.

Great location, clean room + bathroom

Bathroom was very narrow & small, could have been bigger, was a bit of a struggle to move around and I’m a small person - bed was ok, mattress was not the most comfortable but it was manageable, pillows were not great, no head / neck support had to stack 2 on top of each other to make it work, also I could smell cigarette smoke from outside the room

The staff were very accommodating especially when my phone broke and I needed someone to wake me, thanks so much

We had a great stay, very basic, but perfect for what we needed. Great location for Disneyland. Bus stop right outside,

Location is great if you're going to Disneyland. Parking is spacious. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Walls are very thin so you hear everything around. Rooms are quite small.

Great Location. 30 mins bus ride direct to Disneyland. Newly Built building in up and coming area. All in all a good hotel for a few days stay. Restaurant downstairs seemed ok and busy, although we didn't use it only for the breakfast included.

Breakfast options all the same everyday but alright for a quick breakfast when out all day. We were there for 6 days and our bedding wasn't changed or room cleaned. the bin was overflowing by last day. . Rooms very small we stayed in a double and the bathroom is tiny we managed as a couple though. . No Tea/coffee making in rooms and no where localy to get any milk to make our own as we always take travel kettle we were charged £2 a time for just a cup of milk.

    10CarolynPosted on: 4-11-2025

Very clean. Perfect for a one night stop and the dormitory option was great for a larger family. It was spacious for a dormitory and the bathroom set up was fantastic.

Good location (for Disneyland Paris) at the cheapest price we could find. The communal spaces (reception, bar, lounge area and dining room) are welcoming and comfortable. All the staff we came across were excellent - smiling and helpful, good language skills, professional and polite. The breakfast at 12 euros per person was very good value, with a good choice of food including fresh fruit, good bread and homemade cake as well as cereals, fromage frais, ham, cheese and eggs. A little disappointed not to find Breakfast Tea bags and only herbal/fruit varieties but the coffee was OK.The secure parking and free EV charger were an added bonus!

The size of the room and the bathroom is the only real downside to this hotel although to be honest, in our situation, it wasn't too important as we were out all day and only really used the room for sleeping. Having read other reviews prior to our stay, I thought that people needed to get a grip - but the bathroom in particular is actually very, very small, and if you are of bigger stature, then ask for a larger room (we wish we had done that, but we were travelling on a budget!).

We liked the relaxed atmosphere and the emphasis on sustainability. The room was tiny but perfectly clean and functional. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only impressive bit about the breakfast was that they offered leftovers such as roast potatoes, grated carrots etc which is a nice touch.

The dinner menu at weekends is drastically reduced so almost no choice. The quality of the breakfast food was really not good: coffee in a thermos, had to ask several times for stuff that had run out, no gluten-free bread (which is a first in a French hotel) and stale croissants. They pride themselves on food from small producers but it wasn’t good quality.

The location was the only good thing as it was quiet and not too far away from Disney Land which is why we went.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had been messaged regarding that there was no hot water due to works being done, which wasn't true as I had recived no messages. I booked the hotel months ago and chose to pay at the property just incase I had to cancel last minute. I found it convenient for them to tell me about the 'no hot water issue' on arrival instead of emailing me days or weeks prior so that I wasn't able to cancel the room. As a sorry, they offered all guests a '20%' on the overall charge of the room which in my opinion was really shocking, 4 days and 3 nights of no hot water for roughly €40 off ... not good enough. To make this worse, we was told that we could use the hotel behind in order to shower, which was a 10 minute walk away. But they only had 3 shower cards to hand out. A hotel with over 200 rooms and 200 guests all asking for only 3 cards in order to walk 10 minutes to take a shower. Basically it meant we did not shower for 4 days and 3 nights as there was no opportunity to... To make the trip even worse again, when I turned up for breakfast, I was stopped and asked 'if I had paid to have breakfast', even though I was told it was free with the room. I was then told that because I was not paying full price for the room anymore, that I had to pay for breakfast as well. So altogether... - No hot water- No shower for 4 days and 3 nights- Only 3 shower cards for over 200 guests - If I had managed to get a shower card, I had to walk 10 minutes to shower- Had to pay for breakfast every day after it was initially freeScammers. If you're a family going to Disney Land, I wouldn't recommend staying here as I wouldn't want your little ones having the best day of their life to then come back to a hotel of scammers.

    Location

Upon arrival we were informed there was no hot water, and I should have received an email to inform me. I did not. Had I, I would have cancelled within the time allowed and rebooked elsewhere. We were discounted up on payment and told her water services would be restored within 2 days... As we were staying 4 I thought that this would not be too bad. However throughout the whole stay the service was not restored and as two female travelers not having hot water became uncomfortable. I appreciate that we were able to use the services of a hotel close by but we had to navigate two roads and an unmade path to access this building. Not ideal after busy days in the city of Paris and wishing to get clean before sleeping. My travel companion also suffers from acute anxiety and the ordeal of having to locate elsewhere into a building not known at different times of the day and night was not an option for her, so on the last evening washing her face and hair with cold water was the only option. Using a shower in an unknown room without being able to lock the room to prevent anyone else from entering whilst she was showering became too much. Staff did not update us on this throughout the stay..after two days maybe an alternative could have been offered or a gesture of good will for inconvenience.
