Ausan Beach Front Cottages

Beach front, good food & friendly staff.

A really nice place in a great location, right on the beach. It has a pleasant restaurant, a massage place right next door, and a cool bar with a great vibe, good drinks, and music.

Swimming isn’t really possible due to the presence of jellyfish in the water.

The staff is friendly, the UFO room is beautiful and comfortable even you have to climb stairs, the restroom are so clean and artistic❤️

I like everything about Ausan.

The breakfast options were great, the view of sunset was beautiful, the convenient location to the bus stop and proximity to the boats, the friendliness of the staff was super helpful when we wanted to go to White Beach and Coconut Beach. I loved how we could get AMAZING massages overlooking the beach well into the night. Overall, a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend.

Barton Bistro is next door and we were here for the full moon festival, which meant there was very loud music bumping until a little past midnight. Some people ~under the influence~ left Barton Bistro to the cottages and were screaming + banging on doors to the cottage near us for 15 minutes around 1:30AM. They were guests. We had an early transit in the AM which was a little inconvenient but that’s really the only downside.

The room.. the bathroom.. it was expensive for what it is. No shampoo or conditioner. You have to ask to fill your water bottle.

Booked it because it is right by the beach, and has strong wifi. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room is a nice size you can move around in, and the bathroom is clean with hot water showers. I didn't go for aircon, and was happy with my room with ceiling fan. (However, if you are sensitive, you can hear the aircon from the other rooms). Food at the restaurant is simple, I enjoyed the local options (Tinola and Dried Fish). Massage on-site was a bonus. Location is great, nearby restaurants and bars within walking distance. (In the evenings, you may hear music from the next door bar. The live performances are lovely if you're in the mood for music. They run until 9pm, based on what I experienced.)

Possibly the best rooms in Port Barton are the ones on top of Ausan’s restaurant!

The location of our room was nice, so close to the beach. It was old and not well kept up, but it was clean. Enjoyed the on-location spa service!

We expected housekeeping service while we were there and didn't receive that. Some staff was very friendly, others were not friendly at all. The included breakfast was not excellent and we ended up at other restaurants for meals.

Nice size room right on the beach,food was excellent but even better is the staff always with a smile. Thank you for a great stay

Nice staff and food was ok . ISLAND hopping Tour was wonderful ! Resin and the rest of the boat crew was fabulous! We will still consider staying at Ausun Beachfront.

The A/C was warm. We were moved to another room but the same issue. A/C not working. Hot water temperature is too hot.

Everything! Room was great with AC. Breakfast was amazing and loved happy hour from 4-7. Juries helped sort all our boat trips and any transfers and they were all amazing

A very nice place right on the beach. All the staff were so very friendly. My room was cleaned and nice and quiet and a very good hot shower.

The ac was pretty noisy. I wish they had a fan in the room because i'd rather have a fan than noisy air conditioning that.kept me up. Other then that this place was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay directly on the beach! The staff were incredible, especially the lovely ladies at the front desk - I wish I could remember their names! They were so nice and helpful. The rooms were simple yet clean and comfortable.

It was right on the beach, but unfortunately, you can't swim here due to the high jelly fish concentration.

On the pictures rooms looked cozy, with painted walls, but my room was very depressing - zero design, cheap and old Coca cola plastic chair in front on the room, super loud old aircon so I couldn't sleep well even with ear plugs..

Place is clean and in the middle of Barton. Establishment are just near to Ausan. Loved that its beach front and the vibe is chill. Plus they offer a free and great breakfast. All staff (except Angelika) are nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
