Staycation Hotel

Our stay was not pleasant for reasons previously provided.

The penthouse shower did not work properly. The toilet was not cleaned. The room was previously a conference room. We were not provided washcloths.

Clean, nice room, friendly staff

I had to pay much more compared to what i booked in booking.com ☹️

The place could be really good hotel on the way to the mountain region. It has pools, nice places to eat, easy to find, rooms are comparengly comfortable, breakfast was braught to the rooms. But...

But most of the standart and superior suites are on the road side. And the road is the highway with non stop lorry, tricycles, jeepneys, vans, cars, motorbikes traffic through all the night. Not even single hour of scilence. For all of my group it was one of the first days in Philippines and it was really hard to sleep.Although I must add, that at the midnight the staff was ready to give even the better scilent rooms for the same price. But most of the group was too tired to change them... All in all we somehow survived the noisy night and we had value of the rooms for money and reception was helpfull...Just by booking the hotel, keep in mind that all cheaper rooms are near the noisiest road in the Island...

Location, bed and ac

no Wi-Fi

The beds were nice and very comfortable. Lobby has a nice presentation as well. Staff members were courteous. AC was efficient and did its job well.

Really bad wifi; pretty much unusable because I couldn't even hold a connection to the network. And when I did manage a connection, the speed was atrocious. Breakfast is presented as "all-day" but upon calling in for a second meal, I was told that the kitchen had run out of food. Like...what? TV remote was out of battery so I had to use the buttons on the TV itself to adjust volume and change channels. There were also ants all over the sink area; cleanliness is not this hotel's strongest trait. Overall maintenence of the hotel can be improved a lot.

This is a good choice for a one-night stay in a location without many options.

When I arrived the bed had not been changed and the sheets were visibly soiled; I appreciated the staff's prompt response to rectify this situation. There was no toilet paper provided.

cleanliness though OJT people are being materialised and serve as janitors

wifi internet is a disaster. receptionist advised me that if i want more stable connection i need to have my teams meeting in the lobby or beside the pool.receptionist blindly charged me for 600 when i requested an early checkin at 12pm.other than the roaring jeepneys and trucks passing along the highway, have also to endure the roaring thunder and heavy rains which is of course beyond the hotel control.

Staff are helpful. I rented hostel which is shared and it’s great value for money considering it has a pool also. I stayed during weekdays so there’s not a lot of guests. It has a free parking area. There’s a nearby restaurants. Note: This place is near the highway so expect to hear sounds of passing cars.

The shared bathroom for the hostel is not on the same floor so you have to climb upstairs to use it.
