Location with respect to hospitals

Bit difficult to work out controls for Airconditioning and microwave !

Clean and good location, with dedicated parking for our unit

The location and view were fantastic. Clean and comfortable apartment. Underground parking was great.

Needed a few more dish washing satches for the 4 day stay. Needs a few microwave bowls in the kitchen.

Great location, and close to shops and restaurants :)

Room could have been a little larger

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The location was great.

I havent seen the other apartments but the one I stayed was way too small.

It was in an nice area, tidy rooms with private parking

The tv wouldn’t connect to the wifi.

View was great, big room and great facilities. Loved the balcony. Clean. Great indoor and outdoor settings. Parking good and secure in basement.

Too much light coming through blinds in morning and really early. Hardly any restaurants around or quality cafe's. Bed was ok but not great and too low to the ground. Towels were not white and we got one hand towel for 5 day stay for 2 people.

The sensor light was flashing on and off all night .

This property was exactly what I booked online and was lovely to stay in.

I am an interior designer so would love to suggest some new cushions to update and add colour and warmth to the space I specialise in commercial grade cushions. It just lacked some welcoming colour and or warmth

Hard bed, extremely small studio with only one chair

Too much light in apartment due to inadequate blinds. Lack of water pressure for shower. Hard to see tv in morning due to light. No indoor table or comfortable lounge

FOXTELL. Self check in

Shoebox room like smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Co joining room with group partying when got there bout 5:30/6pm.no privacy. Barely any room. Literally no value for money apart from FOXTELL (which was next to door/s so worried was loud whole time anyway

Nice kitchen, good layout, and plenty of space.

Only 1 key between 5 guests, our carpark was extremely narrow and small, and it could been a bit cleaner but overall good

Great apart from the floor

The floor tiles were not clean they felt greasy under foot and made our feet black and dirty. Great location apart from the floor.

Lovely, clean, modern, spacious apartment. Stunning views of the river. Super comfy beds. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff.

The TV wasn't working in room 58 and there were no instruction booklets. A welcome folder with details/ information about the hotel/ Kawana area would be good.

The location is awesome and the view was great over the lake. The unit was clean and very today ad the staff efficient and friendly.

The parking for picking up and dropping off is very cramped and a bit hard to get in and out of .

Easy and secure access. Lovely area. Not much around, but there are lovely parks nearby to walk through.

Room wasn't very clean. The floors were dirty, the shower wasn't clean at one end. There was dirt all over the tiles. The Kettle didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. The build up of calcium had turned the bottom a dirty yellow/orange. We actually purchased a bottle of Vinegar to clean it ourselves.

Tess on reception was lovely. Love the cleanliness of Aquarius apartments ?

The mattress wasn't too bad (we are fussy) but it did slope a little to the middle not good for bad backs ?
