The receptionist and technician on duty were responsive, helpful, friendly and offered to change my room without any fuss.

I had to change room because water heater was not working and water pressure on level 5 was just dripping.This place is a bit old and the walls are thin. But that is likely why the cost is reasonably affordable.

Property is horrible, not clean, uncooperative staff and overall not recommended, room was disgusting even bathroom was broken, the ac had spider webs, the room smelled like cigarette and to top of it off the bed sheet literally had a burn cigarette mark

It was a good space and comfortable bed, plus close to local amenities like 24 hrs laundrette. Staff were very nice too.

It's comfy and clean. Location is very good, close to 24hr shop and just few minutes car ride to malls and the airport

Maybe can improve on the tv channels? Provide a smart tv. And the hot water needs a little touch. Othe than that, everything was good

I stayed in 306 room. The shower looks old and very dirty. Please change a new one. Guy at reception seems not friendly, no smile even i smile to him.

SINGLE ROOM :I love the smell of fragrance they use for the room, very refreshing and help me to sleep well. Even with the lower price and minimal space, all the furniture was nicely organize and enough to fit my stuff (one medium size luggage). The front desk person barely smile but he was nice to me. It takes 20-30 minutes before I can get my room access since they didn't yet finish housekeeping my room. Anyhow I satisfied with the cleanliness and service. I hope this hotel can improvise and keep up all the good hospitality ♥️

Decent experience considering the price. The room was surprisingly okay. Clean, functional, and had the basic amenities you’d expect. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief. For the price, I really can’t complain much about the room itself

The toilet had an extremely loud flushing sound. Every time I flushed, it was quite jarring. The bigger issue, though, was the noise from other rooms. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear guests talking, laughing, and even walking around late into the night. It was particularly disruptive when I was trying to sleep. I understand that this is a low-cost hotel, and I didn’t expect luxury, but I think the management could do a better job of reminding guests to keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime. Respect for others’ peace and quiet should be a basic expectation, regardless of whether it’s a budget hotel or a high-end one

I like the room, cozy for me. Small but big enough for myself. Parking is free because of weekend. Can see so many fireworks because CNY eve. And I feel safe even I am only 1 person. Can get out in the midnight without feel scary, because the location is kind of hidup ??

No mirror inside the room, but in bathroom. No hairdryer but its okay, I dont even use it ? A little bit of stain in the bedsheet and comforter.

The facilities such as channel for tv need to be improved and pipe for the toilet needs to be checked before customer check-in.

This is my 2nd time stay. I think the maintenance needs to kick in as the room already started to have defect that if left not repair, soon the hotel will start to have issue
