Room is clean and toilet is fine

Toilet roll should have backup inside toilet

Location is good.

This time, there were 2 holes at the ceiling outside my room.& I (as a guest) need to clean the toilet because the floor is slippery & the toilet bowl & sit was so dirty.

Many convenience store and restaurant nearby hotel. Private clinic & dentist nearby. Near to Train station and Hospital.

The location is near to food and baverage.

No information stick in the the room about iron location. Have to call counter. The TV is worth.

The location of the hotel is near to hospital Sg Buloh and near to restaurant and grocery shops

The cleanliness

I book it on my way to it. I only stayed one night as an emergency stop over as I missed my train. it was a great location as not far from station and perfect for an overnight stop.

Staff not very helpful, the bed and pillows we haveing necj pain. Morning when we take shower water very slow. When a regular customer come to your hotel asking for windows room and we request for 2nd floor or 3rd floor, staff not very helpful for that.Hope for some changes from management.Tq

It has hot shower and hairdryer.

The staff need to upgrade about knowledge how to pay the carpark and the detail address orange hotel.

room was filthy.stinks of cigarettethe floor had literal pieces of dust, peanuts from previous occupant. bed was dirty. it was utter disgusting but I had to put up with it for an urgent work matter

Not as photo that wide room and also the bed is smaller than what displayed in photo. The room is facing the backstreet. Not 'deluxe' as expected.

The bed is very hard already can feel the strings inside bed. The pillow is too flat too. Tables are too small. Not so convenient to place things.

I booked a family room. the aircon was not cold at all. went to complain to the reception. she talked to someone and heard that the previous customer already complaint about the aircon. another family rooms toilet is leaking. so we were downgraded to a triple with the same aircon issue!!! and the hot shower does not give out hot water but we are so fed-up to complain anymore.

Its close to many reastaurants or small shops, and lots of public parkings available near the hotel, staffs were also nice and polite

We at first didnt notice the passage to proceed to their lobby since the lobby is on the first floor (above a workshop), the ac takes a while to work but at night, it becomes very cold even when we raise the temperature, the space is very limited too, and no fridge provided, also its very noisy as if someone is renovating the building
