The bathroom + toilet on the Suites may need more frosting or sand blasting, or lock...because can still see the shadows when the lights on the bathroom or toilrt were on

Nothing really impressed me

For the price of room was subpar... There was no soap in the dispenser of the shower.. The room really wasn't ready to receive guests.... Air conditioning would not function properly..

It has been a great experience staying here. The hotel is definitely meet my expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Include the security guard. Eventually my stay is 3 days 2 nights, due to the hotel stay is comfortable, I have extended my stay for 1 more night. The environment is clean and peaceful.

Nice clean rooms of a good size. Room service food and drinks was a welcome bonus especially after a day at work.

The receptionist was very friendly and the professional treatment of the facilities were tidy and beautiful

‏ but the bathroom in the room was not clean.. As for the breakfast, it was very bad. It was very small and empty most of the time, and the guests are hovering in the place, and there is no employee at the breakfast door. I waited for a while, then I entered and the employee followed me and her style lacked professionalism. She stopped me and she used to call me very loudly to ask me about the room number.

The breakfast selection is limited and the toilet at the L2 Streats Cafe is horrible. Also, the condition of the room has deteriorated from the last time I stayed.

I really appreciate the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. I also love the convenient location, just beside the MRT station. The breakfast at the restaurant also not so bad, just needs more variety. Overall, it’s a great experience that I’d highly recommend!

Overall, my stay was great, but I did notice that the parking space was quite limited and a bit challenging to go in. It would have been more convenient if there were additional spaces available. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations.

The staff are friendly and we appreciate the convenient water dispenser outside the room, which allows us to refill our water bottles.

The bathroom is quite small, and water tends to splash out during showers.

Bed, lighting and view from window. Near the MRT station which was the only attraction for easy moving to KL center.

Toilet is pretty small. Sitting toilet practicallay no room for comfortness. Breakfast was only few varieties compared to Ibis Style KLCC. Unfortunate to have come during 2-3 buses of Foreign tourists where breakfast need to wait for refilling.

Room - Clean and comfortable. Good lighting, and comfortable pilllow + bed.Parking - plenty of space

F&B - pricing is good, however the sirloin steak is not tender. Hard to chew.

The hotel is at good location, walking distance to MRT station and eateries.

The house keeping need to work harder to maintain the room cleanliness.

Hotel is a fairly good setup, next to MRT station. Rooms were nicely made, simple n functional.Staff were exceptional till it made me leave a tip for the housekeeping. They were so accomodating... Reception staff helpful when asked abt vegetarian foods nearby. Took his accord to look for it on google n directed me to the destination. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff were all smiles.

Just that were no eateries walking distance... needed to drive abt 1.5km. Hotel itself... all good.
