Hotel Darshan Executive

Rooms are good and spacious

No car parking. Parked our cars in public parking

The ambience, the food at the Vrindavan restaurant, very courteous staff.

If availability of water heaters in the bathroom will make it an impact

Location was close to temple.

Torn bedseets, smelly blanket cover with fungus.

Clean room.

Old worn out towels. Not even provided with tumblers for drinking water. No provision for tea. Not even an electric kettle was available for heating drinking water. Just two 500ml water bottles and torn towels were provided. No room service available. No tea available till 7.30am in the morning. No tea available even at 6.30pm.

Location

Safety, Cleanliness, Service & Value for money is very low. They charge GST extra on top of charges displayed on booking.com

Cleanliness

Very costly no free breakfast and not a WiFi and bed also very old, their spring is oldest

Location is good near to Temple on walkable distance. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner we prefer Vrindavan Hotel which close to lodge andrun by same Owner I think. Both are neat and clean. Yes, we prefer for others also and next time we will be there only.

Location

Room beds

Bed is good. Environment is nice. Staff is good and polite.

Size of room, quite conjested. Internal telephone not available, bathroom and tap fittings not maintained.

Excellent! Good staff, nice and clean hotel

Cleanliness and location

I am very disappointed to book such useless property.

The ambience, service of staff and cleanliness, malfunctioning of bathroom fittings.

Room and cleanliness

They charge you extra than what it shows on website and if you have a driver then make arrangements for him on your own...but the rooms are spacious and well maintained

Cleanliness

Facilities specified in booking.com like coffee maker, clothing dry rack, etc are not available. Also charges mentioned in booking.com are not included with taxes so at the time of payment you will be charged extra. No value for money.

The location was very close to the temple. When you are coming to the hotel, there are people who are involved to take money somehow from you including the police. They will ask you for a number of charges like direction charge, parking charge, entrance charge. We were purposely told to change the direction saying it's a traffic jam ahead and then asked for parking charges. Somehow escaped and then were asked for entrance charges while going to the hotel.

Hygiene is not up to the mark. Infact found a cockroach in the room and in the breakfast area. When we complained they just simply said renovation was going on.

location, some rooms are good

toilet not maintained well, broken flush. not clean. staff can be more friendlybreakfast is very basic, no good in-house restaurant as they claim

Staff, room ,hot water availability during morning hours

The rooms were clean and neat.

However I had booked an executive fmly suite so the rooms dint meet the suite facilities there was only one small bathroom with the commode, and one common Indian toilet which did not have health focet, also the bathroom did not have over head shawer so we had to use the buckets that were not so clean.

All Except Air Conditioning

AC machine was noisy and in the middle of the night water come out of the AC and stopped working.
