Very nice and tidy hotel with polite and hospitable staff. Hotel also has few good restaurants amongst the city. Located near airport. Would definitely prefer for my next visit and definite yes for recommending this one.

In my room, the position of toilet was very close to wall. It could have been better.

Not at par with the price they take for the stay, also that I didn't see much guests there except for marriage party guests. Food is toooooo costly as compared to the quality and quantity. Service is also very slow, to deliver a water bottle they took about 30-40 minutes. Completely not advisable

We Booked the hotel through you and after booking we received a call we will confirm only if you pay right away the person shared us whts app Number and Hotel account details for online payment. We transferred the Amount and when we reached hotel they said someone from our hotel team is involved in this and you got cheated. Hotel was not even concerned for wht happened with us .

Overall stay was really great. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast buffet.Opted for Foot Massage, and Seema from spa department did an excellent job. My fatigue was gone just like that.

Staff and lobby.

Rooms are not clean, towels, bedsheet, comforter are dirty. The room smelled filthy like toilet. Mattress was totally worn off, my back started hurting, mattress need to be replace immediately.

Clean rooms and staff are friendly.

Cost should be less for a city like solapur.

I've stayed at Balaji Sarovar on two occasions now, and I have to say this time it was incredible. The hotel is a luxe one, and looks the part. The rooms are big and capacious, with nice amenities and fittings. We were treated like royalty by the staff (for a few reasons). They went out of their way to look after us, and provide us excellent service. We will definitely stay here every time we need to be in Solapur.

There was a mixup at check in, where two sets of guests (we were one set) were allotted the same room by mistake. There ensued an embarrassing interaction, where I was trying to open the room with my key at 11 pm, only to be greeted by the confused occupant.

Property is not bad.. but they need to keep it clean.. see the restaurant towels and table liners are so dirty.. the same thing belongs to cutlery

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, but was value for money with a wide spread of Indian and continental items. Laundry was done quickly when requested.

Rooms were initially provided far from each other, even though requested to be together during booking. After reminding the staff, they quickly obliged and provided side by side rooms. One room did not have hand towels. Housekeeping provided it on day 2. In room dining took some time (15-30 mins) to deliver coffee.

Dinner & Breakfast buffet was served completely cold.. which is not acceptable form such a big group. They need to check room toilets.. as we booked 3 rooms and all washrooms were leaking from taps, sink and showers, also all washrooms were stinking badly.

Rooms were not as expected for a 5 start property. Floors were creaking, bathroom looks dated, could see mold on the ceiling. Got my room changed, but still bathrooms and the room as such was upto par for a 5 star

Food was good. Especially breakfast was nice. Staff at the front desk was also courteous and helpful.

The housekeeping was an issue. One of our room was changed thrice. Once we were told that we have been given an upgrade from city view to pool view. Then late evening we were told that ac in the changed room.was.having some technical issue. And even in the third room that was allotted to.us i.e. 223 drainage was an issue as the water was not getting drained in the shower area and was overflowing and making its way to the basin area making the entire floor.wet everywhere. We raised the issue but no one from maintenance came even to see what the issue was leave alone fixing the issue.

Staff was polite and helpful.

I think it was too expensive. Location wasn't that great. Didn't have a great view. Breakfast was not included. The wallet was not present half the time.
