Not much .. price was falsely advertised.. staff not accomodating .. very brutal to be honest .. will share with family friends never to stay there

It's right on level 4 at the check-in for all domestic flights.\n It takes literally 3 minutes to walk across the crossway. To check-in for your flight.\n They have a restaurant and bar.too 24h

The staff was very helpful. Actually, we booked Miracle Prime Sleep and it was at the 4th floor and we need to cross the immigration. However, we just checked with one Miracle Lounge and she directed us to the Miracle Transit Hotel at the airport itself, located close to gate "D". The receptionist there was very helpful. She moved Miracle Prime Sleep booking to Miracle Transit Hotel and alloted a room for us to rest for few hours. Had a simple refreshment and came to board to the plane to return back.

Room is bit dark, which I didn't like.

Booking.com was grossly misleading in the booking, i was under the impression I was getting the night for $100(expensive for BKK standards, and it ended up being for 6 hours, so I had to pay the hotel another $100 to extend the additional 6 hours I needed for a full night. This mess up was booking.coms fumble.

Really Convenient location, you can reach there within a few minutes after you walk out of the gate. It is perfect for a little break between connecting flights. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room and shower were great, but the walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of sound from the corridor, so it's not for deep sleep, more just a break.

That we could walk right to our room not leaving the airport and renting it by the hour. This was perfect since getting in after midnight and having to be back at the airport at 8 the next morning. Love this concept, excellent.

Just wish there had been a place to set our luggage but other than that it was great.

perfect location on the roof of the parking outside the airport. Use google map to find it, not well indicated from the airport itself. Perfect for transfers: clean and comfortable, airco is silent and works well, rooms are silent even if you're at the airport on the roof. Fancy breakfast facility available at the location of the room. Does the job perfectly for a transit night to catch some sleep.

Nothing... maybe no window in the rom. But maybe that's the reason the rooms are very silent.
