Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok Free Scheduled Shuttle from Hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport

We just stayed for one night as we were flying out the next day. All we wanted was a relaxing day around the pool and this hotel was perfect for that. The pool was beautiful and big.The rooms were fairly standard, business hotels. The golf course looked very inviting but we didn't have time to play unfortunately.It was around a 25 minute taxi ride to the airport and large shopping centre.

It was difficult to get reception. There were not enough people and they were often answering the phone, so check-in took a long time as the receptionist kept having to answer the phone.However, when we called reception from our room we never got an answer.Just a minor point

For guests who doenst want to be stuck in an isolated area then dont book .. even for layovers like what i did It is a compound with security finding grab wasnt easy as it should be Regular room is too small

Driver never showed up to pick up our group of 8, but hotel made up via upgrades and free van

The location and facilities were good. In the evening they play music near the restaurant and pool area, the ambiance was great. Sunrise view was amazing. They have many facilities.

We need to use their app to order room service and arrange breakfast and all their response time isn’t great. If you want your breakfast to be delivered to you at 6:00 am we have to make sure we inform them before 9:00 PM on the day before. The shuttles are from 7:00 am onwards.

Location close to airport and short commute , food, outdoor seating restaurant , great outdoor pool with kids pool, blackout curtains , helpful staff

Our private shuttle to the airport was not well booked - despite checking the night before - and was late. Luckily a staff was proactive and drove us himself.Private shuttle is kind of cheap (old van) and no infant seat available. Some signs of disorganisation.

Great (although slightly tired) facilities, everything worked great in our room, balcony with a drying rack was a nice surprise. Lots of choices for breakfast. Fun pool, although it should probably get redone soon. Amazing gym, sauna, steam room, etc. Nice spot to hang out before or after your flight.

Be careful on the way there - at certain times the traffic gets pretty bad and the 15-20 min journey turns into a 1 hour and 15 minute journey.

This is not a family friendly resort nor a positive experience. They did not enforce the rules that topless bathing was not allowed and clothes required in the restaurant, so nudity at the pool and bikinis in the restaurant....the food was not good, everything was expensive. The "free" pingpong room cost $30/hour to turn on the Air-conditioning while playing everything else cost to do plus...the restaurant was outside in the severe heat so it was impossible to eat, and the small AC room was always dirty. The lobby and public areas were hot and the staff were very rude. It's supposed to be a smoke free resort but smoking everywhere both tobacco and weed. The location is far from everything, so we spent the whole trip in the room wishing we hadn't taken the trip at all but the room smelled terribly of mold and mildew. Thankfully Grab delivers there...but the rooms and lobby arent connected, only by walking outside, not a single building, so have to go out in the heat or rain to get to the lobby to get delivery. We couldn't eat the first night because restaurants close at 10 pm and we arrived then...so had to wait for the hot outdoor buffet breakfast with birds eating off the bread bar. Just a lot of negative.

Didn't like anything and won't stay here again.

The place is well organized,It has a very good theme, 15 min by car to Mega mall, Suvernabhumi International AirPort is 20 min drive from the property.Clean rooms, big gym, very clean Sauna and steam room.Beautiful big swimming pool.Breakfast was good but needs more Halal options.The Staff are very helpful.Landscape is very beautiful.I recommend for people wants relax away from busy areas in Bangkok.

Like the fact all the sport choices were great and nice suit room looking at the golf course, pool area was clean and tidy, food nice, and would come back again.

Little bit far out for Centre of Bangkok may be my fault for that as didn't realise quite a bit out. Also the bar closure I thought was a bit early 9:30pm. Also there is a lot of space and I think another bar inside would be cool, different kind of ambience no food just a trendy bar music something like that.

Proximity to airport. Swimming pool & gym.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly & there was no air con turned on at all so it was 35degrees in our suite when we arrived.

Customer service was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I had gotten sick and the staff manager, Nok organised a private driver to take us to the pharmacy and around shops.

The bed was really comfy but that was the only positive

The location is set in a private compound miles from the main road, every single staff member was so rude, I am pregnant and when I called for the buggy to collect us and our luggage as our room miles from the lobby, they didn’t turn up and we had to walk in the heat with all our bags. The transfer back to the airport was late. The driver was so rude and didn’t offer any help, until the end when he wanted a tip.

The hotel was very clean the staff were wonderful and the food was good. Would recommend it highly

The hotel location is good for Transit. Close to airport with really good facilities.
