The Park Silang

Bathroom are moldy

Environment and big rooms

No telephone in every room

Staff are friendly and ambience is relaxing.

Facilities, room are not well maintained, and it's hard to connect to room service or house keeping as theres no in house phone. Its not worth it!

Near city

This stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time.I chose premium room 108 because it had a jacuzzi, but the water in the jacuzzi was cold, and when I mentioned this to the front desk, they said they would send someone to get it for me, but no one ever came. When I asked again, an engineer came and said it would warm up in 2 hours, but it never warmed up.On the contrary, there was no hot water in the bathtub or shower and I caught a cold.I will never stay in this hotel again.I hope this review will not cause the next person who stays here to have the same experience as us.

The rooms a bit outdated but bedddings were comfortable and lovely breakfast

Rooms bit underwhelming, may require some furniture upgrade and more light

Liked it because it was in a village subdivision hence very residential feel and quiet.

Some amenities need replacement, it was obvious that the room buildings weren’t planned well as there are leakages in the bathroom due to exposed pipes. Then fire / smoke detector sprinkler were installed later hence exposed tubings. Some walls have paint already chipping off and have bubbled. But yeah it was fine.

Pretty outdoor spacePool

Bugs and caterpillars in bedroomNo service after 9pm anywhere for anything Rooms are not long and thin, not idealFor hosting. 2 room units are more expensive then one bedroom with pool villa. 2nd bedroom literally just has a bed in it and absolutely nothing else . It’s like a jail cell. 1 night cost over 200USD which is insane for the rural location and 2 star services and rooms .

The staff was proactive and helpful. The rooms are large and clean

The bed has issues with the foam or spring. They need to get rid of old mattress. All the water from the bathroom faucet, shower and bidet needs to be flushed for 1min to remove the rotten smell. Shower floor drain smells bad also.

We enjoyed the pool, the Jacuzzi, the gym. Breaksfast was excellent!

Our room was slightly warm that we had to ask for electric fan. There was a swimming pool near the rooms that's not clean.

familiarity

glass panelsnof rest rooms. and bathtub needs more cleaning. the food wasnt that good

The room

I was here last November it was nice then . When I came this time I noticed a little of things broken. Concrete plumbing etc. Also I did not like the breakfast buffet. There was not much selection therefor I feel there was no value for my money

The property is very quiet and has a certain calming feel. There were plenty of greenery and the pool was great. They have jacuzzis and bath tubs in the rooms as well.

It’s a bit of a drive and far from the main road so it’s a bit of a drive if you want to go out for drinks or meals. Also, when there are a lot of guests, the hot water does not work.

Property is situated in a comfortable and nice area. There is a hot sauna by request, the meals are plentiful, and the staff are were mostly professional.

The bathtub had only cold water, even after we asked for hot water to be turned on. The dishes were a bit dirty. The bathroom was not as clean as we'd have liked. The restaurant staff were not very attentive.

Great value for money.? Everything there was awesome, except their non-observance of standard check-in time. It was a very nice place for staycation! There were lots of things you could do. Plus the view was amazing. Our overnight stay was not enough to fully enjoy the place. I highly recommend it!?

We were a little disappointed to find that our room was not yet ready when we arrived at 2:35 p.m. (Standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m.) We had to wait until 3:15 p.m. before we were allowed to get in our room accommodation.

The rooms were super spacious. Location is good. Just a view minutes away from Paseo, Solenad, Nuvali. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Food was okay.

The Garden is wonderful. The rooms has everything you need, the beds are comfortable

The restaurant seems not well organized. Each time after lunch we had to correct the cheque. You cannot book to the room so you have to pay, but only cash or gcash. The food had not a good standard in behalf if the taste.

I like the place itself. Very beautiful and simple

The light in the Room and no rags in the Bathroom

Very large room. Pet friendly! Nice pools

Its sooo secluded, will take you atleast 30min to get to tagaytay.

love the ambience & very friendly staff

it was so hassle communicating with them thru mobile, better if they can provide hotel telephone which will be much easier and convenient for both parties.

The room with the two king beds was very spacious. It was so relaxing to just stay in as we were very cozy and esp during rainy weather. The food was good, too. Excellent service from the staff who accommodated our request to have leftover food re-heated.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved. It was very weak.
