    • Nice and close to highway. Quiet at hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast had a wonderful spread and coffee was great. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and beautiful gardens.
    • We requested twin beds - on arrival we were given a King room. I reminded the staff about the request which was made well in advance and they sorted it out in a jiffy! I cannot thank you enough for all the effort you went through to ensure that we have a memorable stay! We also ordered take out and drinks for the room, that was beautifully presented on arrival. They also booked a shuttle for us to and from the airport. Great service, communication, food and drinks! Highly recommended!
    • I have encountered this property many years ago when they hosted a theatre project. Since I lived in the area I never had a need to stay there, but had the opportunity to visit when I moved away. I regret not visiting sooner. It is a lovely establishment. The rooms are spacious, the environment tranquil and calming. The food at the restaurant is good and interesting. Staff is friendly. The attention to detail is very visible - it absolutely deserves its four stars.

    Cons -

    • Not anything.
    • Nothing! Very happy with everything.
    • While the hotel is quite pricey, they often have special offers. Take it! But even at normal price you do get the quality you pay for, which I consider to be value for my money.

    The ducks, and the architecture.

The petrol leaf blowers. Consider replacing them with battery blowers.

The peaceful setting helped us relax.Delicious breakfast in the garden was amazing.

Whilst I understand it is a wedding venue, we did feel a little neglected at dinner despite booking a reservation.

The classic furniture and high quality materials everywhere. The place is very clean and professional.

Lack of luggage collection trolleys for visitors

Restaurant food and atmosphere was great, well done. The room we eventually ended up sleeping in was good. The pool area is nice, although we didnt use it. The location is great as well.

The room we were meant to sleep in, didnt have warm water. We informed the team working at the time, but it took quite long to resolve the query...we believe it could have been resolved a bit faster. A plan was however made, and we got another room with warm water later on, and everything was good. Thanks for resolving the query. We will be back.

A hotel nested in a luscious garden/forest setting. Has a tranquil atmosphere. I can see why it is a popular event venue. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet, with warm breakfast dishes that one can order. The bed was very comfortable.

Just some minor things that can be easily addressed:The hair dryer in the room was old and needs to be replaced. Was weak and couldn't dry my hair properly. AC was leaking, and water dripped on my forehead.Pulling luggage on wheels was difficult on the uneven cobbled stones. And staff to help you carry luggage were scarce.

"I had an incredible experience! The connection to nature was truly refreshing, with lush surroundings and serene vibes. The weather was perfect, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the swimming pool—absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway."

"I had an overall pleasant stay with great connection to nature, perfect weather, and an amazing swimming pool that was a joy to use. However, the internet signal was very weak, which made it challenging to stay connected. If this issue can be improved, it would make the experience absolutely perfect!"

Great safe spot with easy access to Centurion and the surrounding Pretoria suburbs. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will be back.

Kleinkaap is also a wedding venue. During our stay there were receptions both nights with load music until about midnight. It was a bit load but not too bad. I think people should be informed of pending wedding receptions upon booking their stay. Just so that everyone is in the loop.

The staff at Kleinkaap was absolutely fantastic. They were helpful with a booking that constantly changed and adapted. Thank you especially to Natasha, Lindiwe and Heidi at reception.

The seats in the rooms are not comfortable for working/studying.
