The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The stay was a good experience. The location for our purpose , met all what we wanted it to be. The dinner was of a very high standard. Will definitely use ANEW again.

Waiting for iron till I leave the place I didn't even got a chance to eat breakfast

The location is convenient, next to the mall and Gautrain. The sitting room was spacious, beds very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, allowed for 11am checkout time.

We had to move to a different room because the one allocated had a tiny tiny mini bar fridge with only one compartment. The other room we got allocated to did not have a balcony unfortunately. Wifi kept on dropping the entire time.

Clean and spacious room. Excellent staff.

Room services for lunch was wilted lettuce with dried out pieces of chicken. Breakfast was too oily

I LIKED THE QUIETNESS OF THE AREA

EVERYTHING, THE BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE IS WAS VERY OLD, I FELT LIKE IM SLEEPING IN A BOAT, I EVEN WOKE UP WITH A PAINFUL BACK. I ASKED TO BE MOVED AND THEY DID NOT EVEN ASSIST ME WITH THE MOVE TO THE NEW ROOM.OF WHICH THE BEDDING OF THE NEW ROOM WAS SMALL FOR THE BED.THE RUG ON THE FLOOR WAS ALSO SMELLY AND STUFFYDEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND THE STAR

Location is conviniently located near Centurion mall & gautrain station. The room is open & perfectly sized. Bar & restaurant on location.

The sewarage smell & the cleaners knocking on my door at 8:50 to clean!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly always smiling It was so heart warming I would definitely come back

Reception great! Friendly, and also upgraded my room. Jabu, bar attendant, just great and helpfull every time I visit. For me, great experience.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very helpful and humorous and project a family atmosphere in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The nicest thing is the hotel is located closer to mall. And there is a restaurant.

My 7 year old saw a man disappearing through a wall. It was such a traumatic experience for him. On that same night, I couldn’t sleep, we kept on hearing strange sounds coming from upstairs (ceiling). I felt like the place is haunted.

Room was very immaculate, with all amenities that I requested especially the WI-FI. Hot water for showering was there and the outside courthouse area with pool was beautifulat night with the fairy lights.

The shower was cold and no one had a solutions, not ideal after flying.

Very good food, central, love the parking and big mall that is walking distance from hotel.

We book 2 rooms but did not receive rooms on the same level. For n family with children it can be a problem. . We were 4 adults.

The room was fine, no hot water on the first night but ok afterwards. Rooms get serviced late in the day which is inconvenient.

Slow service, staff not very attentive. Rewards program is a joke.
