InnJoy Boutique Hotel

During our stay there was items stolen from our vehicle the night when parked outside.i went to fetch something just after when we arrived from dinner in town and there was a man and women sitting at the small house on the left hand side busy with romantic things. i am just glad one of my two daughters did not walk with mer.i am truely dissapointed in this porperty and will never recommend it to anyone.

We found the staff to be exceptional! Helpful, friendly and well spoken. The breakfast was served quick, warm and freshly made to order. And a good cup of coffee served with a smile is always a winner. Really appreciated the security guard on premises. With regards to the rooms: We could not fault a thing! Infact we were highly impressed with all the attention to detail, good quality soaps, towels and bottled water in the room. And where else do you still get a little Sherry to enjoy in your room? Loved it!

If at all possible - a far stretch! If it could, with prearrangement, be possible for an earlier breakfast when necessary? As we were traveling for business, most start at 08h00 -so breakfast only offered from 08h00 was a bit problematic-

Hot Water in the shower took a bit longer to get warn.

Friendly staff. I forgot a gold necklace at the spa and the staff handed it in and I got it back. Easy check-in.

Friendly staff and easy parking. There was 24-hour security, and we felt safe. Great area for Centurion.

Rooms were smaller than expected, and if you stay close to the kitchen, it's a bit noisy early in the morning.

It was ok. Looks lovely from the outside. However it was difficult to find entrance. It was not clearly marked.

The bathroom needs a good scrub. The bed was very hard. The most important part was that although you pay for breakfast, on a Saturday, breakfast is only for one hour..8 to 9am. This is not mentioned on booking. com. After complaining they agreed to a takeaway breakfast. However it was left it in the fridge the night before whilst we were at dinner at another restaurant. They did not tell us about it. Although they apologized, it's not acceptable .The manager was not very helpful.would not recommend this hotel.

What was there not to loveLocation is perfect. Staff very helpful. Cleanliness of the facility. The beautiful decor. The lovely breakfast.

They will never see me again. Overpriced for what you get.

The manager Wilma is one of the rudest people which I have come across in any hotel. She treats guests with absolute no respect. She should not be working in the hospitality industry with that attitude. The venue is overpriced.

Breakfast was amazing ??.

The room lacked privacy as was very near the common area where curtains had to be drawn in to avoid being exposed to other patrons.

Everything was convenient.

The room was extremely cold even though we had the air conditioning on (we could not feel this making any difference). As it is winter an electric blanket on the bed would have been very nice.

All the staff including the attentive security personnel were exceptionally welcoming and could not do enough to ensure my stay was most memorable.

It would most helpful if the coffee shop was open until 18h00.

Very good breakfast. My husband and sons couldn't eat breakfast as if was serve too late. We were there to do the Huntex Show in Gallagher Convention Centre and they must be at the show at 8H00. Had to leave too early for breakfast time. It would be better if breakfast can be served from 7H00.

Rooms were clean and nice space.

The shower in the bath... but did enjoy a nice bath with complimentary bubblebath and bathsalts. Thank you.

It was ideally situated for our purpose of visit. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and loved the little finishing touches. Rooms were adequately stocked with tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. Beautiful garden setting and well maintained.
