Sometimes the service in the restaurant (Zagora) was a little slow especially at lunch/dinner

The family rooms offer 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and the main bedroom bed is so small. Needs a king size bed

Location is ideal and the only one in the area. Well secured as well

They don’t serve Halaal breakfast and bed pillows are on the cheap end.

Service excellent . I had a family room for 2 people as no other room was available. The porter was excellent and needs 5 *.

Friendly staff at reception when we arrived.

Not so friendly person when we phoned regarding accommodation or when we phoned to confirm our booking.The linen in the on the bed wasn't up to standard. It had a brownish look, and the bathrooms need a deep clean.

There needs to be a time limit on noise with other guests.....Guests were extremely loud and annoying at midnight

The room was very comfortable .Comfortable bed. Good layout. Rooms service was fast and the staff bringing the food was very friendly and professional.

In the afternoons when the staff knocked off, they were extremely noisy, even when I closed the windows on the first floor I could still hear them shouting to each other. The staff are also not very friendly, especially at reception.

The staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a very well done bath and shower. Ample safe parking available.

I liked the services.

The half-baked bed when i arrived ? they already put away my pillows, and i had to put them back on and then take content pictures and videos, then take them off again.?It's kind of silly, but some will understand.

I liked that the 2 rooms we stayed at were spacious, and they were so clean, and i could jog safely outside the hotel. The Tv worked well , it was a lazy stay, so i watched tv most of the time. The staff was friendly.

The food at the restaurant didn't do it for me this time. The restaurant is usually my favourite space at this hotel but i just kept getting cold food or the almost moldy hard as a rock chocolate cake they served me. I would've preferred them saying they didn't have any cake instead of giving me a cake like that. I lost my appetite for days.

Toilet flushing mechanism needs to be checked. The shower was generally clean but had a bit of algae in some corners.

We forgot our chargers when we checked out, and when I contacted the hotel to try and get them back to some of our relatives still staying there, they never returned them, meaning it had been stolen. It's quite disappointing.
