- From the moment we arrived, Sue and Carlos took care of us. The room was very clean and the resort was well kept. We never saw trash and the staff were attentative to our every need. The location was perfect, the beach well kept, and we felt 100% safe.

- Booking excursion through hotel and not knowing that excursion tour group only took cash. They claimed to not have a CC machine. Wiped out our cash because of that.
- Our shower got luke warm at best even though the faucet had hot water. This is probably due to the valve but we never mentioned it thinking this was just â∠Ânormalââˆbeing our first time in Belize. Also the construction from next door was annoying but.
