- Charming place, carefully decorated with great attention to the details and history of the villa. Cozy breakfast area with truly home atmosphere and nice territory.

- Big rooms with access to garden. Nice Italian Ambiente.Good Restaurant. Free parking. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- It was not clean and there are a lot of dead bugs and spiders and a lot of spider net everywhere
- Only bathtub, no shower. Helicoper base nearby.
- A minor downside was the cleaning under the toilet rim — it seemed like it could use a more thorough cleaning. And a small suggestion: it would be wonderful if dogs were provided with a water bowl, as it would be a meaningful sign of attention.Other than that, everything was excellent.

This is a wonderful hotel located in a renovated old villa. We had the option of self-check-in because we arrived late. Access to the villa and our room was by code. Our husky, who travels with us, was very well received by the hotel staff. Moreover, despite our late arrival around 11 p.m., a dinner from the restaurant located on the villa’s grounds was already waiting for us. The restaurant staff was also very friendly.Overall, this is a great place to stay when traveling to Milan or Lake Como. A big plus is that the hotel is very dog-friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Nice location and restaurant was great
rooms where dirty and not well maintained felt more like motel
Wonderfully restored old building with cosy rooms , breakfast room and restaurant. All around a big courtyard.
Inattentive unfriendly personnel in restaurant, although the restaurant aims to be high end with food and prices. Breakfast is disappointing be ready to pay extra for cheese, ham and eggs if you want them. Otherwise just cereals and sweet stuff. Really too bad, because it has the potential to be a wonderful place
Fantastic building and overall feeling. Smiling and helpful people everywhere. Really nice big room, with a great mattress and pillows. We had dinner in their restaurant, which was really tasty! Breakfast was amazing!
On-site restaurant and bar. Very spacious and well equipped room (101). The property and park are very appealing. Restaurant ambiance and food was very good. Most staff was very professional and friendly.
The location in an industrial area and close to a busy road took away from the overall appeal. Some staff seemed inexperienced and subdued.
Hotel has a very nice atmosphere and rooms are very clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and speak English.
Despite the very good bed, we did not sleep well, because it was very warm in the room and some how we didn't manage to turn down the heating. Even the water from the cold water tap was so warm, we had to let it run for 1 or 2 minutes before it was nice to drink.
Perfect rooms for when you're traveling with your dog. You can also enjoy morning walks around the fields with them. They now offer breakfast and dinner, which is great!
The hotel staff were very service-minded. On the second day, we asked if it was possible to get one of the apartments with more light and they agreed to it without any problem. The location is beautiful, they have a big garden where one can relax and sunbathe and they are building a pool (maybe ready in 2025?).The staff at the breakfast were very kind and attentive, even if we arrive 15 minutes before they were finishing up, the lady there offered to get us anything that had already been put away.
It was kind of them to let us move to a brighter apartment for one night, but I must say, the ground-floor unit in the right corner really needed mosquito nets. The apartment had access to a garden, but unfortunately, that garden was adjacent to a concealed water pond, which attracted a considerable number of mosquitoes. We left the windows open during the day, unaware that mosquitoes were making their way into the apartment. That night, we were bitten relentlessly—despite my efforts to kill as many as I could with a towel. I counted over 40 bites, which is quite excessive. I understand that mosquitoes are notorious in this region of Italy, but this just highlights the need for mosquito nets in that particular apartment. We also had an issue at the restaurant during dinner. We were excited to try it, but when we arrived, the waiter didn’t inform us which dishes were no longer available. As a result, we ended up spending extra time looking over the already rather limited menu, which could have been avoided had we been told upfront. The selection was scarce, and just 1.5 hours after opening, they were already out of one of the three main dishes, as well as two starters. This put us in a bit of a bind, especially given the remote location.
Very friendly staff, good location, good dinner and breakfast ! We will return next year
The electric car charging point was not working - annoying but not a disaster !
The waiter that served us at breakfast very good.
Asked for a transfer from malpensa airport and was told just to get a taxi from the airport . I was traveling alone was charged 170 euros when arrived asked if that was a normal price, was told that the hotel transfer were much less. Lots of dust in the room.the hotel beautiful and we were looking forward to nice meals there , terrible service we were waiting one hour for dinner,it was my friends birthday and food not good, the next night we went, a big group and we had to wait 30 mins to order our drinks and then 15 mins later my friends husband had to go get the wine and open it ourselves, we didn’t bother to have any dinner that night. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful hotel .
Beautiful house, gardens Devine and decoration amazing and from a distance had everything going for it but missing lots of details up close. The blonde waiter with the beard gave a great service.. the best ??
The rooms were dirty. Lots of dust and everywhere really needed a deep clean. ?The breakfast was poor. Dining regular. What a pity… we would have been happy to have spent more time there if the food and service were better.
Very nice old villa, nicely renovated. We enjoyed the room and the nice bathroom. The park was lovely. Amazing that they have an EV charger that works with the regular public charging card.
The restaurant/bar was not open very long and was also not super well equipped with alcohol. Unfortunatley, there was quite some noise at night from a company or construction site. So despite feeling on the countryside, it was not country side silence.
Very nice place, decorated with taste and beautifull garden.
Breakfast was very basic compared with the standard of the place.Unfourtunately there was only one person managing breakfast, she kept her smile but could not keep up with all the coffee orders and refilling the breakfast table at the same time.
Highly recommended!!! If you’re sensitive to aesthetics and love good design, authenticity, tranquility and comfort — this is a perfect place for you. The room, the villa, the park are all exquisite. Also looks as a perfect place for a small of full scale event. I’d love to be back one day. Many thanks for the owners and the managing team.
Spacious well equipped apartment with large fridge, microwave, four hot-plates. Good air-conditioning. Large gardens to relax in. Food and service at the onsite Arabella restaurant were excellent .Free car-parking . Really friendly and helpful staff.
Access to the parking is along a narrow unpaved track - fine for most cars you might not want to take your Ferrari down. There didn’t appear to be an option to eat a la carte but the menu choices were fine for us
Stylish place
No pool, stupid number. Ode instead of key card, small doors you need to squeeze your luggage throughLess than average breakfast Shower is old fashioned and not comfortableAir Conditioning super loud
Very nice place, renovated from what looked like a big farm. The staff welcomed us warmly and was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and confortable, with a nice bed and a good matress, clean linen and a big bathroom. AC worked well and was appreciated! It is possible to park on-site in the big parking lot, and the hôtel was very close to the highway and roads: we were able to drive around the lake Como and enjoy the views, Bellagio and Varenna were around a 1h-1h15 drive. We enjoyed the bar and good restaurant on-site, and there are many adidtional options nearby. The garden is beautiful, and some sunbeds are set for the guests to use. A pool is beeing build currently, it will be very nice when it is finished!
