The location is great. The views are lovely and there's a nice park outside the windows. The unit was very clean. It was a few minutes away from most businesses and we found that a plus because it kept it quiet. Pool area & BBQs are very clean.

Cons -

Our unit said it slept 3 but the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. I would not bring a third guest.
