    Pros +

    • Hotel employees were very helpful and although my roommate and I decided to do things last minute they were very accommodating. Anything we needed services or information was provided in a timely manner. This was a great experience.
    • The front desk, was so kind and helpful. After our flight was cancelled for our first night she allowed us to shift our reservation so we could still stay there two nights. The room was very nice: comfortable, spacious, very clean.
    • Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing! Very nice.

    Cons -

    • We stayed in a first floor room with a hot tub outside. It's a little weird because there is a road right outside of the rooms so if you wanted to use the hot tub, you'd be just a couple feet away from drivers and pedestrians. This seems to be quite commo
    • Entrance to reception from the street is cobblestone + steps
    • Our overall stay was pleasant. We do have some suggestions. But these did not negatively affect our stay: - Upstairs they could have just placed a folding chair that converts into a single bed instead of the escritoire (writing desk) and chairs. - the hot tub had safety considerations to keep in mind. The handles/ladder are loose. The ladder is a missed step away from the stairs. An additional handle securely bolted to the wall by the tub would be useful. Provide bath mats for the upper bathroom especially since it is beside the hot tub.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff are amazing, especially Tania. Yummy breakfast prepared and delivered in the morning to our room at the time we requested. The location of the hotel is also amazing, right between Fira and Imerovigli. Sunset is straight on with the hotel, beautiful views.

Location right on the Caldera Trail; nice room, hottub, excellent breakfast, nice view of the Caldera

Entrance to reception from the street is cobblestone + steps

The location. It was in the heart of Firostefani. It was steps away from awesome sights and restaurants. The path to Oia was right in front of it. The view is breathtaking. It is near a parking lot. It is also near a playground. And it is beside a nice gift shop. We were able to buy a couple of things at a reasonable price in the gift shop. You can walk to the Three Bells of Fira. You can walk pretty much anywhere that is important (mini markets, rentals, coffee shops, restaurants etc)The breakfast. It was personally served and set up on the balcony with the view of the cliffs and sea. The hot tub. Yes it was tucked away at the corner of the room but we did enjoy it. There are some safety concerns which I will write in the other part pf this review. The facilities and amenities. Basic toiletries are provided. Hair dryer is provided. I think ironing board is upon request. We did not need it though. Enough towels and beddings are provided. The reception and the welcome was nice. The hotel coordinated what we needed like transfers and car rental. And anything else we needed like tours. We liked that it was a small property with a family feel to it. Truly a boutique hotel experience.

The location was a 10/10. Our room had a dead-on center view of the caldera, with unbelievable views morning and night! At first, the idea of having a living space on lower floor with circular stairs to bedroom didn't appeal to me, but after the 1st full day, we figured out our space, and really feel in love with it. It was also super convenient to have two bathrooms. the lower one fully remodeled and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the outdoors!

The only thing that is not getting a 10/10 is their breakfast. Even though they brought it to us right at the time we requested, the options were limited. The coffee was sometimes lukewarm and just not very tasty. It wasn't terrible, but really not something we looked forward to. Perhaps if there was a daily choice of breakfast that the guest could choose from and improve on the coffee, we would have been happier.

Very nice hotel in an perfect spot to enjoy Santorini caldera views. The place is close fo Fira's restaurants and shops, yet it is very quiet at night. Good breakfast and very friendly staff, Tania would do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay.

    Unbeatable location for views

Could hear people in rooms next door, but it is an older building

For a room with a private hot tub over looking the caldera, smack dab in the middle of the two main hot sport of Fira and Oia, I found this hotel to be an exceptional value. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. And Tania at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The 3 L's. Location, location, location! We rested here for a few hours in the evening during our cruise, as we were in port for 17 hours and we had a long excursion during the day involving swimming and hiking around some of the other islands. We needed a place with a great caldera/Skaros rock sunset view but walking distance to the funicular [for return to the cruise ship] and restaurants/shops. We arrived just before sunset and did not stay overnight or have breakfast. We visited some shops and enjoyed dinner nearby. We did not have an issue people on the Oia path making noise even though we visited in July.

We would recommend going outside to see the sunset, as the glass to block noise/wind on the patio of this first floor room makes the view less clear. If we were staying in Santorini for a longer period, we likely would have rented a villa. Our cruise line did not tell us that our shore excursion started at 4pm - and leave us at the bottom of the funicular at 8 pm until the night before. So we spent less time at this lodging than we originally planned - thus we cannot provide as much detail.

In the middle of two towns with shops on both sides of Great views and incredible breakfast

Nice rooms with access to walkway to shops

Location in quieter but convenient area. Views of caldera were amazing! Fabulous breakfast included every day and brought to the room. Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

Nothing! The only down side about location was we couldn’t figure out if the public bus stopped in Firostefani but taxis were pretty reasonable from Oia.

    10AndreaPosted on: 6-22-2025

The location could not be beat! Additionally, it was spacious for our family of 4 and we had a sweet veranda that overlooked the caldera. Breakfast was delivered to us each morning at the time we requested. All in all – it was a fabulous stay!

We had three rooms booked and we loved them all! The views were amazing, breakfast was plentiful and delivered right to our room, and the staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant. We would definitely stay again! This location was perfect - I only wish we could have stayed longer.

    10HolyfieldPosted on: 5-23-2025

The location was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, the hot tub off the balcony was fabulous and the hot breakfast brought to our room was delicious! Tanya went above and beyond to make our stay memorable:)

The air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we liked it, but we opened the balcony doors to cool the room down more to our liking.

Location to the main area was good. View was there but compromised. Staff was friendly. Friendly dog lives on site.

Room was dirty. Literal dirt on the wall. Finger prints and paw prints. Bed sheets had short black hairs in them. View is there but people walk in front of your view and deck constantly throughout the day. No privacy, if you want it.
