Free airport transfers were very much appreciated.

Everything was great! 15 minutes from Fira in one direction and Imerovigli in the other. The gentleman at reception was very nice, he was also the one who ensured our transfers, an excellent driver.

I have nothing negative to say.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, terrace and poll were quite nice too and value for money was good, specially for the location, of being 10 min walk from main areas.

The rooms were a bit small, but honestly was expected as I had seem other reviews about it and I am not a big fan of plastic curtain the shower area.

The location in Firostefani was just right for us. The pool was very pleasant and the air-con very efficient. Cleaning every day!

The lady receptionist’s behaviour and hospitality was great.

The location is too far from Fira bus stop and the walking road is also with high side slope. The mobile network wasn’t available throughout the stay.

Conveniently located in a quieter area but walkable to main sites. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was decent. We appreciated that water was provided at the reception as well as coffee and cookies. Nicely laid out albeit slightly dated in decor. Had everything we needed on a basic level.

Parking was confusing initially because one has to park behind the property and walk down some stairs, as the main street it's located on is a small residential one. Insufficient hangers, and hairdryer was not working. There's a small swimming pool but we didn't really use it and the operating hours was limited.

Great location, the room is spacious and tidy.

The only downside is the very small shower area.

The property was very near firostefani plaza and was near Fira about 1km so was close enough for a short walk . Staff was good , free coffe and water was the icing on the cake . Definently would visit again if i was travelling to Santorino.

Everything was good.

There is a free coffee/tea/water station in the lobby, there is a pool and nice smoking area, we were able to store our luggage after checkout until our ferry, the beds were very comfortable, there’s an AC unit it in the room, cleaning service comes every day, in a quiet location but still walkable distance to Fira

It was clean, close to the main bus station and centre, only 10 minutes walk. Nice pool, and balcony...

Just for the first time it's a little bit hard to find location but then its okay

Very good position, close to center of Fira about 10min by walk. Very clean, every day cleaning, changing towels. Free coffee and water. Nice pool and of course nice kindly staff.

This is a well-located hotel at Firostefani so it was easy to go to Imerovigli and Fira. The room is not incredible but it is a easy place if you need to. ?

Not so much modern and not so much outdoor space.

You need to walk up high to arrive hotel if you don’t take taxi, walking up for 1.5+km with luggage this can be exhausti

Clean, spacious, private. Plenty of hot water and AC. Extra blankets.

It was a little far from the city center. Some literature about taxi's, buses and the sites would have been helpful.

Clean, spacious room. Well equipped to suit the needs of customers (fridge, air conditioning). Access to pool facilities was good. Nice area to enjoy a quieter part of the island but still good location for going into the town easily. Staff were helpful and contactable at all times - especially with transfers to aiport/port.

Room was down in the basement with no windows. Fridge broken and not working. Room smelt of sewage badly

The location is great. Close to city centre in Fira and walking distance to the bus stop in Firostefani and the main bus station in Fira. The property has a swimming pool.

The hotel hotel office complementary coffee and water in the reception area, but the office is not open all the time. There is no way of knowing the confirmed office hours. Staff was stand-offish.

The rooms were a decent size. The air conditioning worked well. It felt secure and safe.

The shower is very tight with the shower curtain as it is not very wide so makes it tough to shower. Would be better if they had glass there instead as the curtain keeps sticking to you as you shower.

Central. Walking distance to most facilities.Nice pool. Very clean. Reception open for long hours. Nice quality towels . Rooms well serviced. Fridge & safe in the room. Air conditioning.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room to make tea.
