Allure Suites

The suite was large and comfortable with good linens and a great bathroom. Hotel Employee provided excellent, attentive, and proactive service providing recommendations and arranging activities. He was superb and is the main reason we so liked staying here.

There is no pool for the suites, though at least one has its own private dunking pool. This is a shortfall for the property as it can get quite hot and the beaches on the island are not very good.

Wonderful suite, great breakfast, good location, beautiful view, everything I could hope for. Panos was very helpful and attentive.

Views, location and breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious and we had a good variety to choose from. We were served hot breakfast every morning with the beautiful view!! What a wonderful start to the day!Panos was a wonderful host, provided information and all the help we needed to make our vacation worthwhile!The location was great and exactly what we wanted for our stay with less crowds,beautiful views and very few steps!

The internet connection could have been better

Everything. To me the beauty of Santorini was Panos, the hotel manager. He was professional, kind, and super accommodating The location was the best for taxi drop off and pick up. Easy walk to fira center and restaurants and shops without need of car. Hotel was located in a private are which is so important because of lot of them with balconies and views have people walk right pass you. Everything was excellent about hotel and staff.Thank you Panos.

Our kuggage did not arrive until two days after our arrival which caused a lot of panic and stress and inconvenience. I got gold sores from the stress and Panos was kind enough to buy medication and was on the top of the ordeal until our baggage was delivered. Again. Thank you Panos.

Clean and very responsive, thoughtful and friendly owners without ever feeling like you were being watched.

Clean, spacious, luxurious, and well-located but not in the midst of tourist crowds. Panos was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Santorini. I appreciated his local’s advice on our activities for the day. He also helped arranged our airport transfers. The breakfast spread was amazing. We loved the Greek omelette!

Cannot rave about this place enough! If you're considering accommodation in the Fira area of the island, don't look any further honestly! Panos was so incredibly kind and the service was spectacular - he even woke up at 5am to help us with bags and a taxi.Breakfast was on another level and all home cooked and freshly prepared every day (even with sparkling wine!!).My mum thought it was the best accommodation she's ever stayed at and could not stop raving about it for the rest of our trip.Location is also great - close to Fira but also quiet and peaceful enough to enjoy the view.Thanks so much Panos for a memorable stay!

Best staff to take care of the needs, very friendly cooperative, accommodating. Breakfast was very good and timely and location is exceptional.

The staff, the location, the breakfasts and the full suite!

We had the chance to spend 5 nights at Allure Suites Santorini. I am sure it was God's plan for us to have stayed there. Maybe the luckiest day of our lives when we managed to book our Azzure Suite. Which by the way booking.com said that we were extremely lucky, because it is unavailable most of the times.Anyway.We got there, to the island. Santorini.Upon conversation via booking.com messenger system, we ended up taking the transfer airport - hotel intermediated by the property, Allure Suites. To be honest, initially it looked a bit pricy, but eventually it was cheaper than getting an Uber on the spot. And the transfer was 5 star. A huge Mercedes van. What a start to this trip to Santorini.Arriving at the property. Of course,Mr Panos. I have nothing to say other than that in my next life, I would like to be like him. What a lovely person. Cannot explain. One needs to meet him in person to find that out. He is something else....Complete "arrival briefing", taking us back to the history classroom. Fully detailed explanation of Santorini, how it was, how it is. Amazing. Mr Panos is an encyclopedia, with all due respect. Whatever you ask him you'll get a fully detailed explanation.Next, our suite. One of the best "hotel rooms" I have ever been to. No words to describe. Starting from how well taken care of it is. Mr Pannos treats it like his own place, and that's how we felt like doing so. Flooring perfect. Conservation wise it just looks like brand new room. Doors and windows so nice and good looking. Amazing, there are the doors and the "windows" on the doors. So you can choose to keep the door closed with the "windows" closed, "windows" opened or everything opened. This was so nice.The suite is huge. At a first glance, a living room plus minibar/fridge/dinning table. At our disposal fresh mineral water, Nespresso machine and coffee saches for the kettle, everything reposed daily.

Great views. Clean spacious rooms. Walk to lots of different restaurants.

Stairs. But can’t really avoid them.

There was nothing not to like. Even before we arrived Panos rang us the day before our stay and due to us relocating from elsewhere on the island arranged for early access to the room. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable from recommending restaurants, to providing directions to local landmarks. The breakfast each morning was brought to the balcony and was high quality. The Angel Suite we stayed in was spacious with a sofa bed and toilet upstairs and a very spacious bedroom and ensuite downstairs. The location is perfect for accessing Fira and beyond with easy access to the bus station. I would certainly stay again.

Location, service, food, host, room

The property was in a great location and had amazing views. The property was quiet.

The only thing I could share would be to give more shade on the front porch.

The breakfast was fantastic and the service was brilliant.

It would have been nice if our jacuzzi was outside with a view rather than in the bedroom. When we booked we saw the outside jacuzzi in the photos but ours was inside. We had expected it to be outside like it was for the neighbouring rooms.

What’s not to like, the location is great, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast made every morning and delivered to the room was delicious!

What can I say about this place. From the moment we arrived Panos was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect. Right in Firostefani but not busy, close enough to walk to Fira. There is even a parking lot behind the hotel which we used. Panos even gave us a brief history of the Three Bells of Fira which is right next to the property. The view from the terrace was beyond incredible. While most people head up to Oia for the sunset, we were able to see it from our terrace. The breakfast delivered to our room was the best we had in our entire stay in Greece. The service was impeccable. This place is great value for what you get. I can't say enough about this place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Perfect impeccable hospitalityWe were in Santorini for our daughter’s wedding and stayed 5 nights at the Angel Suite of Allure Suite. The accommodation was clean, large, comfortable and luxurious - the private jacuzzi was a bonus. We had breath taking views of the caldera and Oia perfect, The location was peaceful but close enough to Fira and Thirastefani with their many restaurants and shops. For nightlife there is nearby Thira- the capital, also offering buses to most locations of the Island.Panos and Evi were the warmest, kindest of hosts so helpful and thoughtful, (As the mother of the bride they set me at ease with their calm, supportive advice and attention). The delicious breakfast with plenty of options was served on the balcony at a time of your choice (8-11am)Despite the pressures of an overseas wedding, I really appreciate Panos and Evi’s efforts in making our stay perfect and wanting to return soon. I 100% highly recommend this hotel.
