Beautiful views, pool was excellent, food at breakfast was yummy, kind staff

187 steps to get from our room (at the lowest level of the hotel) to the Main Street level!

The Staff was amazing and so was the view! I would stay there again. It is about 100 steps down to the hotel but the hotel carried our luggage down and up. They helped us book good excursions and cabs around the island.

It¿s a quiet, respectful place that you feel comfortable chatting with people around you. The reception staff was so helpful and kind. The room was wonderful. The pool area was breathless!

Agali houses was absolutely perfect and had the most amazing Caldera view! Welcoming staff, great amenities with large room and daily maid service. Perfect location in between Fira and Imeroviglia. Right on the street connecting both within 10 min walk.

One of the best hotels I¿ve ever stayed at. Quit looking at book this now to make your trip 10/10. Best location and nicest staff possible.

Need to add Netflix and YouTube to TV package for visitors who speak English to enjoy their time while staying at room. The breakfast food items not worth 15 Euro per person. The quantity and quality do not worth 15 Euro.

The location was spectacular. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are generous And the outdoor areas are amazing. The staff couldn¿t be nicer and the pool is lovely too. These parts actually exceeded all of our expectations.

The only issue that we had was that Our suite was made up of two rooms and the air-conditioning was in the living room. This made the bedroom get very hot at night. Outside of this, our stay was perfection. Loved everything about this place.

Great view!

Wifi connection was very poor within the hotel area. Zero connection in the room, spotty within the property. The stairs going to the hotel were brutal!

The hotel is located on a steep staircase, so not suittable for anyone with walking issues

The stairs

The room was so beautiful with French doors opening onto a large private balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. It he pool area overlooking the sea was peaceful and refreshing. The service was excellent and everyone made us feel welcome and cared for!

We made our way up and down the stairs from the property to/from the street a few times a day and it was a bit of a workout! I very much appreciated the strong porter who carried our luggage for us though on arrival and departure.

We stayed in a room with a double bed and a single bed. The single bed was very hard.

Beautiful architecture and the views! Unbeatable. On our first night - we caught the gorgeous sunset from our terrace. Absolutely beautiful views of the Caldera! The rooms are big and everything was clean. The property is well maintained. Breakfast was great!Vassiliki was truly the best! She was helpful in so many ways and helped make our stay easy and unforgettable! The hotel is very close to food and mini markets as well as the Fira-Oia trail- a must!The number of stairs getting on and off the property was a little taxing at times but we would definitely go back! Perfect stay!
