- I hate this hotel, horrible stay. Would never come back
- We just loved this place. The staff was so attentive and friendly. First day they gave us so many tips to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a beautiful view to the caldera (notice that not all rooms do, but the breakfast terrace does).
- Hotel employee is charming , very responsive and helpful. She arranged for us to be picked up at ferry which is overwhelming when you first arrive. The streets are very narrow , winding wither steep hills. Not for the faint of heart. She recommended a car rental.

- I did not like the hotel stay , it was to small and the inside looked cheap and super basic. The bed was uncomfortable, the sink was to small and useless, shower pressure sucked and the balcony view was not any better. No room to move around and enjoy
