HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Solo

All staff are friendly

I stayed in a junior suite. The sink is a bit small and the water flow is a bit blocked, and the placement is not quite rightThe pillow smells a bit strange, like it's not clean enough.

Buffet breakfast, the kids playroom is a plus!

Noise from the other room, but it didn't bother us much during the night.

Staff are friendly, room are big as expected and also clean. There were a lot variety of food for breakfast. The parking lot is large and could fits many cars.

However i want to emphasize on the quality of the property, it really need to be repaired. The quality of furniture and buildings is not suitable with current price. If only i knew, i rather looking different hotel to stay.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Convenient location for our puprose. Spacious rooms. Wide selection of food at breakfast.

-

it was conveniently located near the city centre, spacious room, complete toiletries, clean sheets

cleanliness is standard, not sparkling

The facility, location and competitive price.

The building need to re painting

Strategic location

The hotel's main entrance is unusually located behind the building, so driving around to drop passenger for the 1st time was a bit challenge.

Delightful, modern building with plenty of natural light in public areas as well as private room. An amazing breakfast buffet was included, featuring many of my favorite Indonesian breakfast items.

Good location, near local food places

The smokey smell in the corridor was very bad. They should have dedicated smoking rooms/floor separately from normal non-smoking rooms/level. It's simple solution

Breakfast is just ok not many continental varieties

Bed Linen Quality so bad. found Too dirty I didn't expect Haris Hotel is like this I have stayed many Haris hotels I feel this one is not up to Haris standards.it was totally disappointing me

Friendly staff, fast service, clean rooms, smooth wifi, if you leave the room, enter the room again, the connection is very easy. The bathroom is clean and the water is smooth. When the TV can't turn on, the technician immediately comes, the TV is replaced with a new one. Amazing. Breakfast is varied, all delicious and plentiful. I just went to the hotel restaurant at 9, all the menus are still plentiful and complete. The view when entering the elevator is very cool. Likewise photo spots starting from the hotel lobby, outside / in front of the hotel, swimming pool, when entering the elevator, restaurants that can eat outside with a view of a multi-storey building and a view of the city of Solo from the room, all very beautiful. We can see the train passing from the station behind the hotel. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. Ample parking. Hotel near the city center, near the mall. Staying at Hotel Harris was very pleasant. Didn't disappoint at all. Want to come again. Highly recommended to stay at Hotel Harris Solo, Indonesia.

The bed is really comfortable.

The sink was a lil bit clogged. The towels do not smell good.

clean. room was bright and slightly feels newer than other Harris hotels . location was great, walking distance to some local restaurants, foot reflexy, Keris heritage museum. btw, breakfast was great also

near to main road

linen should be replaces with new one. many broken sewing and colour was not look like clean anymore

The size of the room, the range of breakfast, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds., the fast internet.

The women changing room at the swimming pool needs hooks for hanging clothes and blurred doors so people can't see from outside.

spacious room, big swimming pool, clean room, comfortable

was not able to go to the rooftop its closed i think

Nice breakfast. Nice location.Fast check in. Nice view from elevator

Slippery in the pool tile. They say the gym open from 6 am to 10 pm. But they already lock the gym door before 9 pm. Need to wait about 5 minutes when u check out, because they will check your room first.

The staff is very polite , especially the F&B staff. The breakfast was nice , tasty. The FO staf is very nice and helpful , although they served first for someone that didnt queue . Looks so annoying for us that queue in the line.

The towel looks so old , didnt match with the newly room. Just have 2 elevator , so if the hotel have a meeting with a lot of guess , be ready to wait 10 - 15 minutes for the elevator.
