Cons -
- They don't have a queen bed, but two beds put together. I am very disappointed that I was not informed about this in advance. Laundry quality needs to be improved because my clothes had a lot of white spots even after I complained and they re-washed them.
- The rooms were not cleaned properly. I killed 3 roaches and still saw them until we checked out. Bathroom gets all wet when you take a shower. We bought rugs to dry the floor. Towels are colored dirty brown. We had to buy new towels. Toilet paper was so thin and flimsy so we bought our own. Tried to ask for a refund because we had to leave early, management was so unaccommodating and unhelpful.
- Dirty messy apartment without wifi, toilet tissue, shampoo, soap.waiting time over 1 hour to check in because nobody knew about my booking
