Good value for money. Large room. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Decor a bit dated.

The hotel is the only one near where we want to go, it’s really time for a hotel makeover and upgrade of facilities! This hotel is too old!

The aircon wasn’t working well, the room curtains were torn, we inform them right on check-in but nothing was done. The body wash and shampoo was not refilled and when we chased them to refill, they didn’t check to make sure it was working! We had to purchase our own amenities and we were very upset.

Bathroom is a little dirty, for a rather run down hotel.

Staff attitude and helpfulness. Jacuzzi in bathroom

No heating (air conditioning). Bed too soft. Chair could not stay at desired height---always slipped to the lowest point. No safety handle at the jacuzzi. Very few restaurants around except small, family stalls which closes at lunch time.

In the heart of an active neighborhood, not a “hotel zone”. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, the Le Hua Night Market, and the Dingxi train/subway station for getting anywhere, all within easy walking distance. Excellent staff, someone is always on duty at the desk. We stayed in the larger room, with the outer desk and couch area, and the bedroom area that could be closed off.King sized bed. It was firm, with nnice pillows and comforter. COLD A/C!

No pool. Had a weird setup with the room key. The tag doubled as the activator for the lights to the room. You had to put it in the slot to make the lights work. A great idea for saving power when not in the room, but took some getting used to. Also, only one key provided,which caused some issues at times. Not a huge complaint, just an observation.Looks like it is still under renovation in the hallways (concrete walls that need finishing, for instance)Bathroom grout needs serious deep cleaning for mold (a problem in a humid country like Taiwan, no doubt!)Breakfast buffet was OK. Not enough “Western” items.

Location, staff, room & bed sizes.

It was a business-style hotel with work desk, luxurious spa-bath and shower, and beautiful views of the city. Much appreciated all the pillows and indoor lighting.

All things at the hotel were amazing.

Very old facility, the air condition was broken, the design of the hotel looks like it’s under construction.

Breakfast served on the second floor with decent choices of food. Providing clean drinking water and ice cubes is a plus.he washer and dryer combo is thoughtful. But getting in line takes a lot of patience.

The light controls could be better coordinated. The round bath tub offered in this hotel class seems to be incongruous.The space could be better utilized.

The front desk was very friendly and attentive to our needs, as well as responsive to make adjustments for us due to missing messages from customer service. Five star service indeed.

The staff service is number 1. Love it

The room doesn't have a heater and the aircon cannot be adjusted. We felt too cold during the temperature drop

The hotel is very spacious with a jacuzzi bathtubs. The hotel staff are super helpful with all of our inquiries. The hotel is super near to Lehua night market.
