Pros +
- on site mgr. was very helpful location - very few other choices in this area
- The Room was awesome, with an amazing view . The food and majority of the staff top notch. Thank you
- The housekeepers did an amazing job for what they had to work with
Cons -
- old and tired, could use some updating
- the issue I have is the hotel gave me a 200$ pet clean ing charge with 40$ a day. Fee for my registered service dog. To my visa
- The owner was very sketchy. Lied to me several times. Charged me double for a booking error. Said he would give me a discount in exchange for an exceptional rating. Scammed me by making me sign for 2 rooms. But would not give me key to 2nd room.

Quietness!! Safe area. Near to the quaint village of Cow Bay & beaches. Each room has view of the sea. Easy available parking. Laundry facilities a real bonus!
We needed a room with two queen beds and facilities to be able to make breakfast in the morning. We only stayed one night and it met our expectations perfectly. The staff was very friendly.
The room is dated , there was only one dated extra blanket available for the beds and the stove did not work.
