Tri Hotel Premium Itapema

The location was 15 walking distance to the beach and easy access to the highway.

There are only 2 elevators for 18 floors and queue to enter the elevator. No iron for room use, you have to use ONE in the reception area (private room). Room cleaning was marginal. The pool is too small.

The breakfast was good.

There was no towel or soap in the restroom, suggesting they probably did not finish cleaning the unit. Since this is the second time I've encountered cleaning issues, I suspect the staff may be overloaded with work. Additionally, it is common knowledge that there are too few elevators in the building. It took us 30 minutes to leave our floor, and after breakfast, there was an extensive line to use the elevator.

Close to BR-101, easy access in and out of. Very good facilities.

Noise at night if you take a room on the highway side.

1- the breakfast was great, even with lots of people eating at the same time, it worked out well.2- the rooftop restaurant was a nice surprise. live DJ, drinks and awesome food.. while seating at an super cool place.

1- the smell at the bedroom was bad. they fixed it later, but I shouldn't have to ask for it.2- the room description features a hairdryer which my wife would need to get ready for a wedding we travelled to attend. The actual room did not have the hairdryer and the hotel staff could not borrow us one (even though they promised they would). I asked for the hairdryer with 1 day in advance - if they told me it would be impossible to get it I could have gone to a department store and bought a cheap one.3- the elevator is a nightmare. seriously. if you push the "down" button it stops while going up. and it is very small - so it is very inefficient and gets crowded all the time. Long story short we had to go to breakfast through the stairs on both days we stayed there, because there was a huge line of people waiting. I was on the 12th floor.4- on the Saturday morning the cleaning lady knocked at the door while we were inside the room asking if we wanted to have it cleaned (???); interrupting the only kids-free late sleeping morning my wife and I had in months.

The hotel is brand new, everything was perfect.The rooftop bar is a really nice place, and has a beautiful view.

Very new and modern installation, ruinned by unprepared staff that seems to be under pressure by low level manager

The room was really good. The only bad thing was the distance to the beach.
