Sofistic Hotel

One do the best hotels in the city .. very nice and comfortable room !! The staff are amazing .. the food is great ! Right in the center !! And just a few blocks away from the beach !

Nothing !! Everything was perfect!

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms

Weird pricing…I tried to extend the stay and they tried to charge 50% more, after a couple of minutes the online price was even lower than the original.

The breakfasts were great.

The room was small and the view was poor.

Breakfast was the high point - the best I've ever had. Staff is friendly and kind. For my girlfriend's birthday, a cake was arranged for her with a surprise at breakfast, I just had to let staff know - that was really nice. The pool area is superb as well as the entertainment options. The restaurant is amazing. The bedroom is comfortable and clean, but not very big.

Air conditioning didn't work at the beginning of the stay, but the issue was solved as soon as we reported it. The king bed is composed of two single beds side by side - it's still comfortable, but you can notice there are two beds there. You cannot order food or beverages delivery from outside establishments, and that for me is a low point. I like to feel free to choose my lunch and dinner options, even more so considering that room service works only until a certain time and when it does, you have to eat in your room and cannot use the restaurant facilities.

The hotel has awesome facilities and a super attentive staff, plus it's in a great spot to explore the area's attractions and dining scene. Oh, and don't forget about the amazing local cocktails you can enjoy at the hotel bar!

They can improve on the gym equipments.

Wonderful hotel. The staff were first rate and very attentive. The Alma restaurant was 5 star in service and the food. Everything was delicious. Nice pool area. Good location near Meia Praia. The beach just a short walk away.

the weather was nicer than expected. We managed to enjoy the city's end of season offerings. It was very calm and peaceful.

reminded me of 90s 5star hotels in south europe.

heated pool, piano at the breakfast

frozen waffle , they could have a waffle machine and syrup

Excellent facilities and very friendly staff

Attention to details: bedside note from housekeeper introducing herself.

More light in the breakfast area.
