Jazz Senggigi Hotel

Love the location and the place.

No hot water and didn't like the bed linen

Close to the beach, good rates for motorcycle rental, clean big pool, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, affordable breakfast, and incredibly kind staff. With a bike everything was easy to reach but even without one there is plenty to do within a 15 min walk. We liked it here so much that we extended our stay.

WiFi could have been better but it worked well enough for us.

The property was beautiful set out, lovely big pool and lots of places to relax. The room was clean and spacious, great aircon, bed was so comfy and the room had lots of storage space. HOT showers which didn't turn cool after a few mins like some do ?? The breakfast was so good! I looked forward to it every morning. The best part though was the staff, so kind, so welcoming, even arranged and airport pick up for me and were so polite and lovely. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Senggigi.

No complaints

The staff was great! Very attentive. Breakfast was good.

For a person traveling alone is not the best place. Had to change from a economic room to the biggest one, shared bathroom was a horror.

Location, bed and ac

The stairs to get up to the room, the bathroom and thr poolwater was not clean

My private room was comfortable and a great value for the price. Laundry was quick, airport shuttle was easy to book and a great bakery across the street!

Very quiet .. didn’t seem like many others were there however it’s low season so understand.

Lovely hotel with a great pool! Shame it was so quiet, as I can imagine it's a great vibe when busy. Room was perfect for what we needed and in a good location. The staff were really lovely. Shoutout to Arman who took us to and from the port. He was so friendly and exceptional at his job.

The bathroom door wouldn't lock and the shower wasn't great but good enough for us backpackers!

Nice accomodationcalmgood pool and good locationNice staff

everything was fine

Really enjoyed staying at Jazz Hotel, will stay again

WiFi could be better

Location across from the beach and off the main road for the coast. Big pool, accommodating staff.

WiFi spotty. Twin bed room dark and drab.

location, nice room and comfortable bed

noisy with staff yelling out

they hotel stuff behavior are very bad ?we stays 4 days just last day we go out , come back time was late for 1.5hours for the payment , they kept our bag at the reception

stuff behavior

Very Nice location. The bed is the comfiest I’ve have slept in since being in Asia !! The pool is really good size and deep.

Great location, and all the staff were amazing! Also great that they offered hike rental and a laundry service.

There were lots of ants and the room was quite dark

We had a great stay at Jazz Senggigi, fantastic location so close to the beach/restaurants, and with a lovely pool. Staff were super friendly - highly recommend staying here!!

Lovely pool. Clean room with balcony. Small close by. Could rent a bike from the property.

Small breakfast. Not much to do around.

The pool area was nice and staff were very friendly. The breakfast is good too.

It was honestly pretty dirty. There were a lot of ants in our room amongst other insects. The room and especially the bathroom was dirty. The water pressure was barely enough to wash your hands and the wifi was very slow.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good location

Loved this place but the shower was only a small trickle, zero pressure very long time to shower

Great Room. Super clean with great aircon, hot shower, and an amazing sea view from the balcony. Only 100 meters from the beach with restaurants, bars and shops close by too. Walking distance. Really good location.

Nice and friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable beds, laundry service. Relaxing swimming pool. Quiet surroundings.

Not a big promblem but not in the centre of sengiggi located, room is a bit dark.
