Nativo Lombok Hotel

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, great details like using olive oil and metal straws for the drinks ? Staff is always helpful and greets you single time you come or leave with a genuine smile.

There's a big difference between the regular room and the premium one. The premium is really better value

Upgraded us upon arrival, an unexpected surprise that was very appreciated! Room was stunning, very large and spacious, perfect bathroom. Pool was so needed in the heat. Friendliest staff ever, very welcoming. Restaurant on site although it was a little expensive. Great location walking distance to everything but can’t also rent a bike.

Exccelent. The he breakfast could be bigger but overall is good food. The sushi at the restaurant is amazing.The girls at the reception are amazing and the supervisor is such a good and helpful man.

Beautiful decorated rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice outside area and very well located! We had a nice time here. The kitchen was not working but we could have breakfast included in the next hotel .The staff was nice and helpful

There was no wifi and we couldn’t pay with credit card the stay. We had to make a transfer for the manager account as we didn’t know we can only pay with cash.

We liked the swimming pool, the location, the green garden, the interior of the room, staff were very accommodating.

They should have more sun beds, the bathroom was a bit disappointing, the room’s floor and surfaces did not feel super clean. They never informed us of the renovation of the room we initially booked. In their opinion they gave us a similar one but it was not really. Breakfast was tasty but very very little so we always had to get more somewhere else.

Disappointing

There was a fence up to stop access to property that you had to climb over due to a land dispute with land owner and motel owner. And a bad mosquito problem that was clearly not getting sprayed for

We couldn’t sleep there because there was a big fence with the letters: NO ENTRY. they definitely knew that we couldn’t sleep there but they still didn’t contact us or canceld our booking. A lot of guests arrived and had to search for other accommodations. That was really annoying after a long long way to get to Lombok! Also I had to wait one month for getting my money back.

It was permanently closed when we arrived and noone had informed us our booking was cancelled.

Booking.com needs to remove them from their listings as you cannot stay here anymore.

Bad

It was closed for business when we arrived for our stay. I was not informed and booking.com was still taking reservations. I am still waiting to hear whether the cancellation fees will be revoked.

Location and staff.

Nativo does not look like anything in the photos, it’s run down and dirty. Our room had mushrooms literally growing out of the floorboards, hairs and mould in the bathroom. The worst part was the dispute between the owner and the landlord owner. The landlord owner baracaded the front entrance with metal and wire, so we had to climb over this baracade. The food was bare minimum because the owner did not pay the food supplier.. do not advertised free breakfast with a nice menu when you only have minimal ingredients. People are paying for what is advertised but you are not delivering. The place also needs some works done, the stairs going up to the top floor were makeshift and unsafe with dodgy railing and broken tiles. For Indonesia this place was not cheap to stay at, plenty of much nicer places in the area. It’s obvious the owner is going broke but at the rate you’re going this place will be shut down or sold very soon.

I arrived at the hotel to find out that the hotel was closed ! I tried to contact booking and they never answered . The hotel staff said the hotel was closed because of internal problems and booking ignored my request of help ! We found ourselves after a day of travelling without accommodation and we had to look for a place to stay !!! This is unbelievable . We have to be refunded

NOTHING - UNABLE TO STAY DUE TO LANDLORD DISPUTE- There is a dispute between landlord and property managers, and the hotel had a fence built with no access to the room. The staff did not tell us until we arrived. They offered for us to stay but we would need to climb on a table and chair to get in and out of the hotel. That was not satisfactory to us so we requested a refund and found somewhere else to stay. We are still waiting for the hotel to refund us and respond via booking.com

They told us it was inhabitable on the day we arrived !! We weren’t allowed to say there and have been given no refund .. terrible service

We arrived and they told us the place is inhabitable .. we needed to find another place to stay at Lombok immediately

The location is great and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast was also good.

I think the property needs a bit of TLC and the pictures don’t present the actual state of the accommodation.

The pool was beautiful. The staff were really friendly & helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The free gym nearby was one of the best I’ve ever been in!

They never clean the room or asked if it is necessary . Breakfast really bad , we asked for some fruit and they never provided …. (Important to refer : the fruit was included in the menu of the breakfast..) Fruit + juice …

All the staff are so friendly, the pool area is beautiful and it’s not too far to walk to the town area or the beach.

In the basic room, the toilet/shower is open and not separated from the bedroom. No privacy when you use the toilet basically!

- unfortunately the bathroom seems not very well clean- equipment was old and didn’t work very well - the price is too high for the room, you will get (we had standard room)
