Clean room, daily room service, responsive staff.

No fridge in the room. In hot climate you want to have ability to have your cold drink after you come late to your room. This is first hotel in Indonesia that doesn’t have it. Also, no water kettle so after 6pm no coffee/tea if you want.Pool is small, mostly for kids and not for swimming.

We booked for four nights and ended up staying six because we loved it so much!The rooms were very comfortable, the pool was wonderful and the outdoor areas were so relaxing. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. At least one person (often many more) is always available to help you with anything you need.The breakfasts were delicious. We needed two of our breakfast gluten-free and they went above and beyond to offer what we wanted gluten-free. They made gluten-free pancakes, Nasi Goreng (no sauce), and even ran out to get gluten-free bread for my kid upon request.The location is great, just a one minute walk to the beach, and set in a lunch garden vibe. Lots of families and friendly people.

Very nice setting under the coconut trees. Calm and small but close to the restaurants and the beach. I’d recommend you choose this venue if you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Staff very helpful and kind. A shout out to the very friendly F.

Lovely little spot with the prettiest gardens so peaceful! The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful especially with our three children.

Only thing is our bungalow go the late afternoon sun which made the upstairs room where kids were sleeping very hot and took a long time to cool down even with AC, was not big deal just next time would try get a different one in the shade

The setting and Accomodation were lovely. We received a welcome drink on check in and each morning the breakfast was lovely’ and could be eaten anywhere onsite . Tea and coffee served for free all day. The pool was our highlight. Framed by beautiful flowering trees and kept very clean. Towels changed daily and lodges felt secure . Laundry service offered at a great price .

Although it was away from the main streets , we could still hear music at night but it wasn’t too loud so not a strong negative . Nothing else !

The staff was very nice and helpful. The environment was gorgeous. Clean, autentic, but elegant and comfortable rooms, clean and fresh-smelling towels. The breakfast was also good. You can choose from several options for breakfast. Laundry is available. Clean water is also available,and free.

+ Our room was cleaned daily!✨ It was a realpleasure to get back to a sparkling clean room everyevening.+ The AC was working well.+ There was a table and stable WiFi, so | was able tohave zoom calls. Didn't expect that from a remoteisland! ?️+ The pool area is very beautiful, lots of wonderfulflowers?+ The staff was friendly and very helpful.+ It is quite and private unlike many other placescloser to the beach, where the pool area is totallyexposed.+ Breakfast was quite nice.+ Coffee, tea and drinking water are free of charge!As for things that can be improved:- A bit old bedsheets and pillow covers,- Not new furniture,- A bit too dark.My score is 10 anyway! ? Generally, we are very happy with our stay, and we are hoping to get back. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing and we enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and well kept. The pool was good. The location was close to everything we needed.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t the strongest, the bed and pillows were not particularly comfortable, and there was no fridge or kettle in the room.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s, the bungalows; the pool, the staff and the location were all excellent. It was quiet and peaceful and yet only 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on sunset beach, which we thought was the best beach on the island. Breakfast was good; the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and helped us organise our trip. We will definitely be back!

You will need a torch to go from the beach to Lucy’s; after dark; which is only partially lit. This is the same lane used by many property’s situated away from the beach front.

Was quiet and off the main strip, but still close to the beach.The staff were super friendly and accommodated all our needs.

The stairs were steep in our room, this was only an issue as we have a toddler

Bungalow was good

Location was off the beaten track down a muddy pathway. Kind of a farmstay.No fridge in the room and I required one for medication I need to keep in fridge so if I had have known that I would have stayed elsewhere.It appears as though I was the only guest staying there out of about 12 rooms so that probably explains a lot. It was ok but I would be looking elsewhere personally next time

Lucy‘s garden Hotel was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful villas around a lovely pool and lush garden. The family bungalow was perfect for our family of 4. Staff was amazingly helpful. We had the best time and are hoping to be back soon

Lovely 2 story room, perfect for a family of 4. Great choice of breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room cleaning wasn't the best I.e dirty bedsheets weren't changed during our 4 night stay and the bins weren't emptied.

cleanliness of surroundings outside of this resort. we also killed few cockroaches inside our bungalow during our stay.

Excellent breakfast choices. They have their own boat for snorkeling and transport to other islands. New bikes.

The huts were a good size and the staff were lovely. they had free refillable water and a good selection on the breakfast menu. short walk from the nearest beach. the swimming pool and selection of outdoor loungers was brilliant. we didn't hire bikes but they had loads to choose from should you want to.

Pillows were huge in depth so weren't the best to sleep on. the lights in the cabin were awful to read under and had to be switched off from outside and only one bedside light so had to get out of bed and go outside to turn off lights for the night. Also not really the venues fault but the call to prayer at 4am in the morning can be well heard along with any DJ parties at the beach our sat night had loud duff duff music until at least 2.30am. there was also building works going on behind our accommodation during the day.

The stay is very beautiful, the rooms and pool were clean, the AC and wifi worked well, the staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was delicious.
