Big room and big pool. Staff was friendly.You can eat at the restaurant at any time if you didnt manage to eat during your trip

I didn’t like the bathroom. Using the toilet while in the outside sweating is not very comfortable.

The bed was super comfortable and large. I liked the outdoor bathroom and the fluffy white towels. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Nothing really

Location was close to both Mataram and Senggigi, making it easy to explore both cities. They provide bike rent and the bikes are at excellent condition.

Might be our fault too but there were loud visitors (outside of people staying) came and used the pool. Might be good if staff/managers would approach them about the noise they made

The air conditioning and fans weren’t working properly, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the towels provided were quite worn. No hangers were provided

The actual bungalow was really nice and the pool area was sound

The mosquitos will eat you alive, the area is surrounded by a lot of trash scattered about, the locals are villagers and they just dump outside. the location is terrible. The mosque is very loud and the callings are as early as 4am. Some staff didn't speak any English.

Close to the city, but protected from the buzz. I liked everything about this place so kept coming back between travels to ricefields, Gili-islands and other tours with the scooter. Long, cool and very clean pool in the shade of palmtrees. The staff were very helpful and kind. I dont think I ever slept in such a high quality hut. Built with furniture-like precision.

Not anything really

I love the resort so so much, starting fromthe interior, the cleanliness, the staff, and the facilities provided. I just love it. Everything were perfect, room were spacious, quite near to the beach, indomaret, accesible with grabs and at the same time i can enjoy the calm and peace. PERFECT.

Everything were perfect. But one minor feedback would be great if they have iron provided in every room instead of having to request for it. Cheers :)

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff go to good lengths to ensure that everything is in order. The pool is great, and the bungalows are a great size. The private bathroom was lovely with constant hot water (it is an outdoor bathroom, but it is covered).

Something to keep in mind is that there is not a great deal of stuff to do nearby the resort. We often found ourselves travelling out of Mataram to find things to do.

1. **Staff** - Very kind, helpful, and smiling.2. **Pool** - A long pool, great for swimming (although it had to be drained for a day upon arrival).3. **Nice accommodation** - A complex of cottages, clean and very nice.

Here's the translation:1. **Location** - Completely outside the center of tourism, there is absolutely nothing in the vicinity, misleading information that the accommodation is located in Senggigi (complaint from several guests).2. Upon arrival, a floorboard in the lobby broke under my partner – I should note that he is not an overweight man, which reflects poorly on the property.3. **Food** - Very average. They are great with Indonesian dishes, but other breakfast options like the English breakfast or pancakes are not good (missing listed ingredients, pancakes were half raw).4. **Staff** - Lack of English knowledge, even at a basic level.5. **Motorbike** - More expensive rental (surprisingly) compared to Bali, where in some areas we were charged less. The motorbike they delivered to us had absolutely no fuel.6. **Internet** - Constantly kept disconnecting.

Beautiful spacious and clean rooms that feel really cozy and romantic. Gorgeous swimming pool.Great atmosphere in a hidden area with beautiful morning sun on the porch of my bungalow.

Very slow service at evening dinning times. Even though there is a really nice dinning area, there was no one around most of the time to take orders or check on you if you need anything. In addition, many food items had run out.

Very spacy bungalow in a nice resort. Large pool under beautiful palm trees. Very calm atmosphere to relax from the busy city around.

Very happy with our 5 night stay, Nice and sweet staff. We had it almost for ourselves, and there is a great restaurant just next to the hotel. With cheap good food. Outdoor bathroom, which seemed very exotic, and fun. No complaints whatsoever, and good value!

Pool was supposed to be closed at 8pm but some guests were partying and making noise at 1am, but management didn't bother to stop them. Couldn't sleep peacefully

Bungalows were beautifully presented, well-built and spotless. They had the feel of a resort for which you might pay far more. The pool was pretty and clean. The staff were very helpful and there was a tranquil atmosphere at the property. Would definitely stay again.

Seriously surprised by this accommodation. Staff at front desk were amazing! Our room was spacious, the bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in, within Indonesia! Very much enjoyed our stay here and easy to get around with a motorbike or bluebird or grab.

The photo of the hotel are deceiving. The location is no where near no anything of interest. The wifi is awful. No menu description outside or anywhere. The room is big & spacious at least. We left 1 day early. On the positive- the staff is really kind & great!

Beautiful resort. Unlike many other photos of places on booking.com, Coconut lives up to what is advertised. Gorgeous pool area, room is stylish and spacious. Bed was huge, comfortable and linen very soft. The whole place is exceptionallly clean and without flaws like i see in the more expensive hotels that rate themselves as high star rating. Very good value for money.  Is tucked away in an area that is not touristy which i think is better than being trapped in a large resort that keeps you away from local experience.
