Loud prayers on speakers at 5am. Smell from toilet. Lots of plastic and garbage around property.

My stay at The Seven Secrets was, without a doubt, the most extraordinary experience I've had on Lombok. This hidden gem is nestled in a secluded tropical paradise that exudes a rare, enchanting energy. It’s a place where time seems to slow down as you bask in the radiant sunshine, with breathtaking views of the serene bay stretching all the way to Bali and beyond. That we had to leave after two weeks

The location, the feeling of space and of course the beach and facilities. We had two events, National day and a pool party which were also great. The room was stunning and so well thought out

Firstly don’t let me comments detract away from what is an amazing property. I write this as a way of constructive comment only. It’s a great hotel overall and would have given 10 but for what is below. We stayed for 7 days and loved it however the menu was limited with only one restaurant. The staff are very courteous and really do aim to make the stay as good as it can. They could benefit from some further training however as the attentiveness sometimes waned and they got distracted and so on occasion things too time to get.

Seven Secrets has super friendly staff, who always try to help you and fulfill your wishes. The resort is in a beautiful location and scenic beach with a must see sunset experience. The rooms are luxury, clean and spacious also for a family of 4. Actually, the photos on booking show exactly how beautiful it is ?

The variety of food selection in the restaurant can be improved.

This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself ?. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets.All the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia ?. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described. Thanks for all the little touches and details. We’re looking forward coming back.

Dinner service was sometime slow, but we’ve had time to enjoy the view. Dinner is good but pricey compared to similar quality elsewhere in Indonesia. That said some beach restaurants are around and you could eat grilled fish 6 x less expensive if you’re not afraid to walk and eat with locals. ;-)

This place is a true piece of paradise. Located at a beautiful and clean white sand beach. Very friendly and helpful staff and clena, spacious rooms. Breakfast might have been the best we've had in any hotel or resort. The fact that the resort is relatively small adds to the charm. Spectacular sunset with Bali's mount Batur as a backdrop.

Obviously it's quite expensive to stay here, but definitely worth it.

The private secluded area and combined with untouched nature. Room size is amazing, kids friendly.Most of all the friendliness of the staff that trying to accomodate anything

Seemed a little pricey for Lombok

We experienced very motivated, extremely friendly and very helpful staff. ?The food tasted very good.The resort is modern, has a very large pool and jacuzzis.The massages were great, too.It’s a beautiful and quiet location with the most beautiful sunsets.

Restaurant menu was a bit limited at the time of our stay. But our feedback was openly considered and improvements implemented immediately. A new menu is already worked on, also offering more local food options.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. Beautiful experience, we loved everything from the welcome massage and welcoming staff to the calibre of room and overall relaxing experience. We went at the start of the season in April and as a result had the place largely to ourselves. The breakfast food and selections were excellent and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in , would be back in a heart beat!!!

We ate from the restaurant one evening and were disappointed by the calibre of food compared to the breakfasts we had received.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the beautiful food, to amazingly decorated rooms, pool, and beautiful empty beach. The staff goes beyond to fulfill every wish of the guest. The tranquility of this place is just what a person needs to relax the mind and soul.

The hotel location is a bit far from the nearest town, 20 minutes by drive.
