Property was clean and facilities are good.

We got there super early because our boat transfer was early morning.We asked the staff if they had any rooms ready, since we are travelling with our littke child. They said we had to pay almost the same price we paid for the room. Being the hotel as empty as it seemed, I felt a bit insulted.Hotel was so empty that the following day they didn’t even set up breakfast buffet.

The room with tiny spaces,blanket got blood stains,no hairdryer,no water.for drink,have to buy .The reception no comuniccation with housekeeping,even they didnt know where the extra bed putting at which room...

Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices and their sambal was so good.

I couldn't find any iron in the room.

The beds are super comfortable. We had a king and it was hard to get out off! Just across the road from the beach. Pool is smaller than others but not busy. Best mid morning to lunch time as is covered in shade in the afternoon. Lots to choose from for the breakfast. Staff are great.

we loved our stay at montana! everything was perfect- rooms were clean and they provide daily cleaning service. room service always available with the best food. staff are so friendly and always smiling. huge buffet breakfast and a really nice pool. walking distance to everything you need, highly recommend!

A wedding or something arranged at the hotel and the music was very loud. Be aware there might be regular festivities at this hotel, as it seems to be a hotel that does that sometimes. Music stopped around 11pm, and I didn't mind, but worth mentioning for other visitors.

Does not respond to queries sent via booking.com or by email, have to call them and remind them to check their email. This happened for taxi booking query and hotel charging me for my stay. It has been two weeks, multiple correspondences, phone calls and is still not resolved.

Price and location for our use, we only stayed for one night to rest before heading off to our next destination.

Very noisy, no fridge, very tiny room.

Very clean, wonderful staff. We were especially impressed with the restaurant team leader, Savira. While all staff were friendly, she took initiative and always followed through.

It was very difficult to get a drink, and there was no wine available.They had symbolic bottles of liquor placed on the shelf of their “bar” but I didn’t see any actually made available. I would have felt guilty asking for an afternoon G&T.. that is probably the idea.

The room is clean and the hospitality gave me great experience of staycation.

There’s no air conditioner in the elevator so it’s extremely hot and humid in there. When I stayed there, it was new year’s eve and a lot of people stayed in the same hotel also yet only one elevator was operating that time. I hope you will have maintenance for the elevator when it’s not the crowded period.

Great location for us, very polite, professional and helpful staff. The pool area was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day. Our room was quiet and very neat.

honestly my family and I would rather stay at some other hotels. from the outside the hotel looks really nice, but when it comes to the rooms, its not on par with other hotels. We stayed in Lombok for almost a month as such we keep on moving from one hotel to another. The design of this hotel rooms are just not as good as the design of the exterior of this hotel. it's like they emphasize more on the exterior of this hotel rather than the rooms. I think the room design should be more important than the exterior design because guest usually spend more time in the rooms rather than outside.Basically you can pay cheaper price elsewhere and get hotel rooms with a minibar and hotel safes box even when paying for superior rooms.

Super easy to get by and this is very close to the beach. Huge property and very close to other food options such as KFC and Pasta Pojok. • Rooms are squeaky clean and there are around the clock staff who will tend to your needs. • We had breakfast in the buffet area, yet order from a set menu option where there were 3 Set Menus to choose from. Since this is the Ramadan time where most of the people do fast during the day, they have not opened the buffet during weekdays. Breakfast was good and they had both Continental and Indonesian food to choose from these set menu options. • Also, the place has their own restaurant across the hotel which directly faces the Sunset, which is another breathtaking view that you can enjoy. • There is another very good restaurant named “Pasta Pojok”, which has great food which can be eaten throughout the day.• We got a deluxe room which in the 3rd floor and was spacious. The room had a Dental Kit, toiletries, towels and Bed Room Slippers.• Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with 2 water bottles. There was also a desk and a chair, similar to an office space.• Value for money was satisfying.• WIFI is available in the room and the lobby area for free.

If you’re going to Senggigi as a tourist don’t bother with this hotel. They’re not geared up for it. The swimming pool only has 2 Sun loungers and hadn’t been cleaned for some time. It had rubbish floating in it. Also, when I did sit by the pool in my swimming costume I was pointed at and stared at by staff, which happened on 3 occasions. ??‍♀️Also, half the menu wasn’t available and the only alcoholic drink you could purchase was beer.

Lift did not work when we are checking in in the middle of the night and very tired after long drive. Need to walk until 6th floor. Luckily the front office Staff help with luggage.

The room is a good size and has all the things you'd need. The breakfast is good and the staff were friendly.

The location is off a busy highway so it's advisable to arrive with your own transport to facilitate getting around. Like Senggigi itself, it could do with a bit of a refurb.

There are NO refrigerators in the room. This means I could not keep milk for tea or coffee or any cold drinks.
