The room was amazing clean & spacious. The location was the best could walk everywhere right on the beautiful beach Staff were so friendly. We will definitely come back was the best time in Lembongan Next time we will stay in a Villa.

Amazing Stay over Christmas New year , the staff are all so friendly and helpful.Terrific location Beachfront and the facilites -Pools, kabanas were so lovley. We had the access pool room was amazing .

Staff weren't the best, breakfast food was shocking and almost uneatable. The hotel needs better maintenance to keep the hotel looking nicer.

The only good thing about this place was the strong water pressure and hot water in the shower.

Everything else was disappointing. The price doesn’t justify even a quarter of what you get. The rooms are old, dirty, and full of mold in every joint — they desperately need renovation. Towels are old and worn out. The driver who was supposed to pick us up from the port arrived 40 minutes late, and then it took another 20 minutes before we could finally get into the room, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The room was extremely dark and unpleasant.

The resort is right on the beach and close to very shops and restaurants. The resort pool is relaxed with a bar nearby and you can order food to your sun lounge. The rooms are amazing. Very private. The buffet breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and always smiling!

There wasn't much that I didn't like. Maybe the coffee at the hotel is very different to what I was used to - but then it was only a short stroll to the french patisserie / cafe to get an espresso or a flat white.

I booked a room that included a crib, but upon check-in, I was told none was available and had to rent one at my own expense. Additionally, the property advertised free pick-up and drop-off at the harbor, yet no transfer was provided for my departure, resulting in another unexpected cost.Housekeeping did not replace towels, the pool lacked enough towels for guests, and breakfast was repetitive with clear signs of reused food. Moreover, rooms do not offer ocean views as advertised, only views of the hotel’s interior.These issues led to two extra charges and a disappointing experience overall. I kindly request a review of my case and appropriate compensation.

Cleanliness was a huge issue. Plates were left outside rooms for at least two days. Property is totally overpriced and overrated.

Breakfast was poor, facilities were poor in the hotel and plates were left in corridors for days.

Stayed 3 night in a Lagoon suite, loved the size and comfort of the room and the bed, having pool at our doorstop was amazing. The staff were very helpful. The “beach club” was very chill but it had a good sunset view. They picked us up and dropped us off for free from Jangut Batu ferry beach which was very nice and saved us some money. The location was quite nice, lots of bars and restaurants around. The mini bar came with complimentary soft drinks and chocolate.

The wifi was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, it kept disconnecting from internet regularly, the staff also acknowledged the problem but said there is nothing they could do about it. I hope the management invests some money and improves it.The breakfast was pretty good and it changed a bit every day but stayed the same in the types of food (e.g. chicken curry instead of fish, or steamed rice instead of fried rice), okay overall for free but it wasn’t something to write home about.

Beautiful staff, fabulous villas, rooms were awesome, pool and beach area great, the only very slight downside was the breakfast buffet could have been hotter. Would definitely stay again

We liked the villa as it offered us privacy but we could have been given a villa without being against the building against the kitchen and the ducts. There was no ambiance for me to use the bath and I love to bath. The bath was up against the kitchen extractor fan.The hotel was not busy so the staff should have given me the best villa available at the time. The telephone did not work and I needed to call reception at 1am due to the noisy Australians next door. We hardly slept the one night of our stay.

Very clean, neat, comfortabel hotel, exceeds the standards of Bali and island. The only disadvantage is the sea where there are seaweed farms.

Hotel is well located on the Main Street, nice room with private pool

This is the only place we had in Bali where transfers and drop off were charged and quite expensive, usually it is included as a courtesy and for the price it should be. Hotel feels empty with no atmosphere, lovely view on the beach but doesn’t make you want to hang out there . Really poor breakfast compared to other places Place would need to be refreshed a bit

First night our aircon didn't work, we then had to move rooms. 2nd night that rooms aircon stopped working and the room was hot and uncomfortable from midnight until we could get up and change rooms. The food was terrible also the breakfast was terrible and cold. We had a terrible stay

Room was moldy and smelly even that it was second floor. It seems like the hotel was not maintained for quite long time

Bed quality was better than a average hotel

The staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a pool room, rest of the hotel especially the restaurant and bar pool beach was amazing especially for sunset
