Location wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was average

Nothing was clean in the resort. Everything was so dirty and stinky. I felt like I was staying in 1 star resort. Everything was broken, taps in the bathroom was rusty, aircon wasn't working, slide door for the balcony doesn’t lock and dirty and ripped towels. There is so much more overall it was shit experience and I could not believe I paid so much to stay there for 2 nights.

Property not maintained at all. Rooms Extremely dirty.Toaster left inside the room was filthy.Spider webs everywhere in the room too.Bathroom was very dirty too

need to upgrade the staff manners. specially the frontdesk. being able to calm down the guest when the check in time has to delay for one hour is bery important.

the frontdesk. has no communication skill.

Room was a good size.

For a hotel of that rating, it was extremely disappointing. The entrance is dark and the bar had no beer or wine on a Saturday evening. I suggested to the staff that perhaps someone could go to the nearest shop (5 minutes walk) and buy some but was told no.

the swim up bar, massage clinic and the buffet breakfast although the breakfast was not well organised and one morning there was no food left

The options and quality of food for breakfast. The false advertising of roof top facilities and restaurant. The resort appear rundown and a lot of thing not working unclean and hardly anything on the menu available.

The breakfast was horrendous. Looked like many of the items had been there for a long time and spaghetti bolonaise has no place at a breakfast buffet! We only stayed here as a last resort after a cancelled flight. No sure why you would chose this location otherwise?

Don't let the name fool you, this is not a 'resort'....this is a last resort. It's clear maintenance has been forgotten for many years, the rooms are grubby and so many parts of the hotel are rotten and falling apart.

Breakfast had good options. Bed was comfortable. Balcony spa was nice.

Very old hotel not maintained outside looks gloomy inside also so unpleasant to look at!

poor maintenance, leaking toilet and bathroom, faulty A/C, poor breakfast and lunch and dinner menu

Both roof top pool and pool in centre of hotel were good. The Buffet breakfast was also good

There were lots of maintenance issues in this hotel , and our room needed to be changed as the AC started dripping in the room. My kids' room needed to be changed as Jacuzzi was not working. Service was poor. There were plates in front of some rooms that might have ordered meals, but it kept in the corridor sometimes for 2 days before hotel staff picked up the plates .

Nothing to like ... except maybe the relativ near location to Denoasar airport

The hotel is in terrible condition. The rooms urgently need maintenance. It is dirty in the rooms and surrounding areas.

Room was nice with king size comfortable bed. Bathroom needs updating. Staff were always happy to help but few around when you needed them.

Food is not good!

It is a good place to stay with good facilities

Every time we had a shower the bathroom got inundated, the towels were not the cleanest and some of the facilities need a bit of work

Nice variety of b/fast. Especially live egg counter. The chef at the counter was awesome & friendly. The ONLY suggestion I would like to add is - please also have an option for regular coffee as Balinese coffee was TOOOOOO strong for me.

Really disappointed, and I feel ripped off for what I paid

Felt like I was ripped off, not value for money, left and went somewhere else. Towels were ripped and frayed, things falling apart, rooster that woke you up at 5am every morning. Burning of garbage on either side of building had me struggling to breathe with my asthma and bitten by bugs. Food didn’t cater for westerners. Staff don’t speak a lot of English

The look of the room & hotel was good

This hotel falsely claims to be five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐But at best is two ⭐⭐.We booked two rooms for ten nights however we left the hotel halfway.Very dirty bathrooms and swimming pools.The pools specially the rooftop pool was always empty.Don't go to this place.They are frauds.This hotel needs massive Renovations.Booking.com should not recommend this place.It rouined our holiday plans.It's no wonder the are 90% empty.

The breakfast was limited not catering for international guest, the room need some proper cleaning.

This is not a 5 star resort and should not be allowed to advertise as higher than 3 star. Poor breakfast food selection and quality, room curtains literally falling apart, bathroom shower rusted, bath not been properly cleaned for months - build up of dirt. Bathroom taps badly calcified.

Breakfast was good. The room was good and we did not visit the beaches. The water was cold in the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and nice.

The reception was not what we expected. The breakfast buffet did not have many options. The room did not have any towels we had to remind them twice. We got it after a few hours.
