Purchased the room including breakfast. It was smooth experience overall. Breakfast is nice.

The area is still recovering from the pandemic, so businesses nearby is not fully back.

I lost some belonging which the hotel couldn't find.

Location

Roim was big but bedding was smelling and we had to have it changed a couple of times Breakfast was not goodOne pool bar was closed.

Pool and swim up bar was nice. The price was good for what was offered. Also, our room had sewer gas smell and they were very apologetic and fixed it and double checked in the evening to make sure the smell was still gone.

Overall, the staff was fine; however, they were a bit too outgoing and enthusiastic for my liking. I wish they had paid more attention to body language and facial cues, as I didn’t always want to interact every time I walked by. They were especially enthusiastic toward my 4-year-old son, who isn’t very outgoing with new people, which was a little uncomfortable as well. A simple “Good morning” each day would have been enough.There was a lot of trash on the beach and the beach area wasn't very nice.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Nusa Dua was nothing short of superb! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an incredibly accommodating receptionist (Chengx—pardon the spelling). We were thrilled to find our room was exactly as requested: spacious, modern, and featuring a stunning beach view. Since the room was so large, I asked the Room Manager for an additional table and chair; the request was granted swiftly. Kudos to her for the fast action and for ensuring all our needs were met.The breakfast offered an impressive variety of choices, but the highlight was the pool architecture, which stretches beautifully from the lobby toward the beach. The gazebos are lovely, and the beachfront is impeccably maintained for strolls. We also enjoyed the beach bar, where the staff provided excellent service and great cocktails. The entire team was helpful and engaging—I will definitely be returning!

There was some construction work going on which created a bit nuisance.

Breakfast was great with so many options. Tasty room service. There was also lots of local food, around the corner. The ladies at the kids club went above and beyond with the Littles. They were very attentive with the kids. Beachfront access was excellent. It was clean and the water was always calm. In the room, the shower was perfect with the hot water and pressure. Even the decor in the lobby was cute and festive. From the person greeting you to take your luggage, reception, to the pool staff with the towels, they all took good care of us through our entire stay. We will be back for sure.

I only like the area and some of the staff

It was not clean and bed has stains and bugs and we tried to ask for A refund but the frint disk told us they hpave to ask the mpanger never hearing from them again how ever the beach was also very so bad and dirty we couldnt swim and my wife went to bread her hair and the lady tried to scam her with money ended up undoing her hair because of her rudeness which is very wierd bali people are so nice at the end all the care about us not smoking in our balcony or 0at the beach??

I like the design and the facilities that they provided. Including the kids club and the beach, it is very good attraction for our son.But what I liked the most, is their staffs. They were very helpful and gave their all to make sure our stay was memorable.

I think cleanliness needs to be improved a little. Also the food can be better. Maybe it’s just not meet our taste. But overall, this is a good hotel with good staff. Will come back someday.

The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was really really good with lots of variety. It was surprised at how many variety were available. It was so worth the price! I can’t rav enough about the breakfast food! Ari was excellent! So is Lala.

The brochure said i had until 2pm to check out but found out it was 12pm only. Very disappointed with the misinformation on check out times

Beach is not good, water is not so clean and the tide was very low.

The hotel itself is beautiful – very peaceful and family-friendly, a place where you can really relax. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the food is excellent. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff – every single person who works there is kind and wonderful. There are a few small markets nearby where you can buy anything you need, and the hotel offers a shuttle to Bali Collection.

However, the biggest downside for us was the beach. Unfortunately, it was in terrible condition. It didn’t seem properly cleaned – even when someone “cleaned,” they would just bury trash in the sand. There was way too much plastic, old carpets, garbage, and seaweed. The tides were very strong, and we couldn’t swim in the sea even once. We ended up going to beaches a few places away because this one was simply not usable.Since we only get to go to the seaside once a year, it was very disappointing not to be able to swim. The sandy path near the hotel was fine, though, and the kids enjoyed playing there.

Loved our time at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The pool was amazing (and the cocktails even better), breakfast was delicious, and the Nasi Yaaa dinner with Hanuman was a must-try. Spa treatments were so relaxing, and we had fun with snooker and indoor games. Perfect mix of comfort, fun, and Bali vibes!

Beautiful hotel, pool is great for kids, breakfast buffet wasn’t outstanding.

The bed is very uncomfortable.

Great place to chill with the family for a couple of days. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The resort makes it easy for a family to relax and enjoy the place.

One of our King Suites was great, the other was average. Also, some construction out the window didn’t help the view.

Met the expectations - clean, amazing staff, overall ambience, events arranged by the property like music evenings added to the charm

Positives: The hotel manager, Umar, is excellent and really went out of his way to make our stay as good as possible. He switched our room to one that had less noise issues, refunded half of our first night's stay as compensation for the inconvenience, and allowed an additional 5-hours late checkout given we had an evening flight. Really good work by Umar, thank you.

Negatives: The hotel is adjacent to a noisy road, all rooms facing or near the road are exposed to noise pollution. Unfortunately, the rooms in the inner courtyard also suffer excessive noise levels due to poor soundproofing - the balcony sliding doors are not soundproofed and have a gap underneath them. Other things to note: We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in Canggu previously, which is roughly the same price point, but much newer, more quiet, and has a superior breakfast.
